Great customer service and I found everything I needed for my bathroom renovation. Quality products and modern styles. Lighting, bathtubs (BAIN), sinks, toilets(TOTO water wise), vanities, towel racks, faucets, shower stuff, medicine cabinet etc.Great help with putting it together and what product look good with another product. I am so pleased with my bathroom.

The selection of mid- to high-end faucets, tubs, sinks is great. The showroom is beautiful. Definitely book an appointment as it gets busy, and you may not get help if you aren't booked in.

Worst service You have to call to make an appointment. When called, the message said "to book an appointment knock the front door". After I knocked the front door, 5 minutes later, a lady showed up, and said "I do not know who you are talking to, but you need to call to book an appointment". This is the worst message I got and the worst employee response. By the way, she also said "kids are not allowed inside the store". If Wolseley does not want to open for all, it should have a sign to prohibit children.

While the place does have good selections and options, it just didn't do it for me. Maybe a bit posh, maybe just felt a bit ignored. Otherwise, the selections are great and it came highly recommended if you are looking for interesting options.

This was back in May. After driving down from Airdrie, was told it was appointment only, their website nor their Google listing posted this information readily. The woman guarding the door was incredibly rude and condescending a. I went there with a blank check and was turned away. However, a couple weeks later, when we eventually got an appointment, the sales lady was very professional. A sharp contrast to the lady at the front door. Luckily, we opted to purchase our bathroom fixtures from a different store.

Go somewhere else to get your reno needs....these gals don't want your business. I called to make an appointment for consultation and got a call back 3 days later?? So once things opened up the next week my husband and I drove down there - we live in the far NW - and went to the door and they would not let us in - not even just to look around?? Just a joke. We just needed some ideas and would have left and called back but they Would not even let us in the store....we were ready to drop a few thousand dollars. All of the trades that we worked with for our reno have nothing good to say about them....they are lazy, don't call you back, overprices and on and on. So in the end I am glad we went elsewhere because this company really needs to take a good look at the definition of Customer Service and doesn't deserve a good customers hard working money.

Went in looking for a replacement bathroom sink. Upon entering we were told that we needed an appointment if we wanted help looking around but we were welcome to look around ourselves. This was rather disappointing as we were the only ones in the store and we saw 3 staff that were sitting at desks on their computers.

My wife and I went to pick out about $8500 with of plumbing fixtures for a whole house renovation. We booked an appointment to pick out everything, went in and spent a couple of frustrating hours with our designer. Honestly doing things on my own would have been more useful. Her response to every question was "what do you want". They must have 10,000 different fixtures, the purpose of the designer is to help us navigate all those choices, or at least that's what I've gotten with every other supplier/designer we've worked with. I had a good idea of what I wanted based on discussion with my plumber, but we left there unsure we liked what we picked and just wanted to get out of there. Because of supply chain issues/COVID/border protesters it was suggested by our plumber to pick items that were in stock. Which we did. We were expecting the quote or "portfolio" with pricing and pictures of what we chose within the week like we're were told by the designer. I never did get anything from my designer until she emailed asking where our quote was. When I followed up, via email, they said they didn't have my email recorded correctly. Huh? Then how did you email me to follow up? I can abide a mistake, but don't lie to me. I asked my plumber if he could get this information from them. He finally got it, and was able to send it to me, and even after nearly a month of waiting Wolesely still hasn't sent me my quote. Plumber followed up AGAIN and I was told it was coming. Well here I am going on a month with nothing from them. I'd expect this type of service buying speakers off guys in a white van.
