★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment my husband and I walked in, it felt off. We were asked the usual "is there anything I can help you with" upon entering, which one would expect. However, I don't expect to be followed around the store for the 15 minutes we could tolerate being in there while being hounded. We were questioned at least 6 times by the same person. It was excessive to the point where it felt like they thought we were going to steal something if left alone.
Next, I wouldn't buy anything in here after looking at the prices. The mark up is insane. You can get the same items online from other reputable sources for at least $40 less.
We tried one of their name brand sauces, truffle Alfredo, which we had no problem paying the $25 for 500ml assuming it would be worth the price. It ended up being so flavorless that even adding our own salt didn't help it. Save yourself the money, buy yourself some truffle salt and some cheap dollar store Alfredo sauce and season it yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We usually love shopping at William Sonoma, as we buy tons of Christmas presents from this store. We were so excited when we saw some holiday diffuser near the front door for 20% off (a sign was up saying it was 20% off). We paid and left the store, and than we realized that 20% discount was not applied to the holiday products. We went back to the store immediately and asked for a price adjustment. However, the sign disappeared, literally within 15 minutes of purchase. A girl came to speak with us and said it’s normal practice to take away sale signs during the day. What a horrible business practice for a company of this size…the sign actually influenced our purchase, it’s not a big amount but it’s the principle behind it. We were there at 1 -130pm, hope the store can check their cameras to see their staff taking away the sign while there are shoppers…and I am sure they are not doing an hourly sale. What a fraudulent way to do business. So shoppers beware!! Check your receipt when you shop here! They take away signs and do not honor what they advertise!!!! I will be sure never to shop here again, truly disappointed….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here are the pictures of my pan purchased at Williams & Sonoma and given to me by my daughter. Notice the coating coming off from the side. Total fail. She didn’t save the receipt. One of the managers Karen told me no problem we will have our accounting dept trace it on the card.
Weeks go by. I call. Karen says still working on it. Weeks go by. I call. Karen says we can’t find the receipt. But don’t worry we’ll replace it, just have to find a replacement. I explain I’m going away on vacation I will be back week of April 4th. A week goes by. I call. Karen on medical leave and a woman named Kate says without a receipt they can’t do anything. It’s their pan. Their name is all over it. I’ll let you know how this goes. Don’t buy anything from them until you hear how they handle warranty issues and long term customers.
April 12th Kate called says they are not offering any warranty on their pan because I do not have a receipt. Their name is written all over the pan! I have spent over a thousand dollars in this store. Will never spend another dime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful high end kitchen store with lots of selection. Excellent customer service and very nice merchandising. They carry those big bottomed coffee/latte mugs that are so hard to find! I bought one there for an average price (11$)! I will be back!
