Mattress Mattress - Calgary

I bought 4 mattresses from this location recently for my new home. My husband and I went into this store and spent some time with a sales person who provided us with pricing. We informed him that we were going to another store, but if their prices were more competitive, we would return. I called the sales person after leaving the other store to let him know that I would be returning to purchase all the mattresses. The mattresses were delivered yesterday and I called the store today. I wanted to do an exchange for the mattress that I bought for myself because the mattress was causing me to have more back pain. I spoke with the store manager and he informed me that they do not do returns and it was on my invoice in big bold letters. He also indicated that there is no recourse for me because that is their policy. Re-iterating to me repeatedly that he cannot speak to what was disclosed to me at the time of purchase because he was not there and the salesperson is not in today for him to confirm. My argument is this information ought to have been disclosed to me BEFORE I paid because I did not see the invoice until AFTER the transaction was completed. There was no visible signs indicating "ALL SALES FINAL". If this information had been disclosed to me I would not have bought from this establishment because I know that other stores have return policies. Who can possibly go into a store and spend a few minutes laying on a mattress and be 100% sure that this will be the perfect fit. Mattresses are very expensive. I have a great deal of back problems and that was disclosed to the sales person. That would have been the time to tell me about their NO RETURN POLICY. Very disappointed by this entire experience. This policy should be posted in the store and verbally disclosed to their customers BEFORE the purchase is made. I informed them that I would have bought my mattresses at Sleep Country, had this information been disclosed, because they have a return policy.

Our salesman, Dallas, was very professional in his approach and knowledgeable. There were no high pressure tactics used to try to make a sale. We are happy with our experience at Mattress Mattress!

Very happy with our new mattresses. Theo was friendly and informative. Gave us the time to really figure out what worked best. When a small hiccup happened I was impressed with how it was immediately it was responded too and corrected. Great customer service.

Dallas was great to work with (and Bob once I finally pulled the trigger) out of all the mattress sellers I tried over the past few weeks. Multiple sales reps later, he was the most informative and least pressure to buy. Would recommend without any alternatives

Super friendly and very helpful. Explained why our previous mattress purchases have never been satisfactory. New bed is immediately comfortable even though we switched from 40 years of pocket coil to latex. Looking forward to many years of comfort!

My husband and I came in to buy a mattress in early March and had a wonderful experience with Warren! He was so friendly and answered all of our questions without the feeling that he was trying to sell us something beyond our budget. Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. If the manager reads this, give that guy a raise because you definitely want to keep him around! ? Thank you again Warren for being so lovely to deal with!
