After a quick email to Josh he quickly went to work making it right. Sending Drew and Max to redo them within a few days was a huge relief. Both gentlemen were patient, listened to my needs and made it right. Huge call out to Josh, Drew, and Max. Very Appreciated.

I was never given my budget number even though I asked multiple times, but told I was doing great only to fins the sales person had spent twice my actual budget. It took multiple revisions to get it right and I had to keep checking their math as they kept getting it wrong. Why could they not have just told me my budget to start and I would have had it sorted in one go. Then when the items were delivered, they were unhelpful about telling me bulb sizes because I refused to buy their way over priced bulbs. One of the fixtures was never delivered and another was broken. The builder took care of this nonsense but workers stated they have issues with this company all the time. I would never shop here of my own free will.

Even though they did not have the lightbulb I needed to replace one for my facility, they promptly referred me to another location just to be able to help me out. It really goes to show how they're willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. Thanks for the referral and I hope this review helps spread the word about your business
C	Christine Good on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Cartwright Lighting for years. Their staff are personable and helpful even finding weird light bulbs where they don't make any money but solve the problem. The variety of lights in the showroom is always amazing.

I called Cartwright and was pleasantly surprised when they told me to bring it In and they could look at it. Victoria greeted me at the counter and she called Olga in their service department. Olga quickly assessed the problem and to my surprise told me she could repair the fixture and it would take 20 minutes. She quickly did the repair and I was charged a surprisingly fair price, far less then expected. So nice to see such great customer service.

We needed some new lights for our kitchen and dining room and decided to visit Cartwright Lighting a week ago. We had a GREAT experience; excellent customer service and quality products. That day just happened to be one of their charity days where they donate 100% of their entire day sales to charity. Seriously, great company! You should check them out!
