CDL Carpet & Flooring has been serving Calgary and its surrounding areas for over 24 years as well as our newest location in Invermere BC. We are a family owned and operated business which focuses on strong values of good workmanship and customer service. We specialize in all types of floor coverings and installs, including carpet, hardwood, cork, laminate, resilient, tile, and stone. I hadnt used CDL before, but from the get-go Mark was on top of everything and made the whole process easy for us. I spesifically want to thank Mark for taking the time to understand what we were looking for in order to help us make the best, most cost effective and aesthetically pleasing selections for our new flooring. He provided helpful advice and guided us through the pros and cons of each option without being pushy for an upsell or impatient with our questions. We are very pleased with the quality of the customer service, materials, and instillation and are thrilled with our flooring. I realized that my floors were a challenge with the uneven floors due to building settling and some water damage. This resulted in additional floor preparation which Mark had identified during his initial assessment. The CDL flooring installer, Dustin Vanrossum, did an outstanding job dealing with all the surprises of the floor's existing condition and bringing the floor to a quality standard where the new flooring could be placed. Dustin was well organized and meticulous in his attention to details. Many of these important details are hidden under the new beautiful flooring. However it is that attention to details that enables the floors to be enjoyed knowing that the installation is solid and there won't be any issues in the future. Dustin kept me informed throughout the whole process and was able to explain the rationale for the floor prep, directional laying of the floors and the issues that needed to be addressed. In addition he was also respectful on the Covid protocol and considerate of my neighbors. Which is very important when you live in a condo. . Bonus details. My baseboards look great. He was able to reinstall them perfectly. You can't tell they had ever been removed. He sanded the doors down and now they are level for the first time ever. The entrance door has been a problem with the building settling. I don't know what he did but now it opens easily. A bonus I was not anticipating. Thanks, Sheila McCauley

Braedon was patient, and very helpful in assisting in choosing the right carpet for us, and the installation was seamless.
