The work was done when promised. the installers worked hard and did a great job. This was our third time replacing floors in a home, and it was by far the best experience we've ever had.

We know how very fortunate we are to have Tony answer my phone call that day. He was 100% professional, addressed my concerns/questions/requests without any hesitation. Even when I changed my mind after my initial decision, 2 days later, Tony was incredibly accommodating and reassuring. Although ours was not a large area to be carpeted (2 bedrooms in a small condo) he never once made me feel as though I was not an important customer. The installer that Tony organized for us (Mustafa) was just spectacular, efficient and ensured that there were no traces of old or new carpeting in our building’s hallways or elevator. We have had flooring replaced in our previous homes but have never had such a positive experience as this one. We’ll definitely return to Deerfoot Flooring and Carpeting for the remainder of our flooring replacements based on this remarkable experience.

We decided to look around for a good alternative that would be either affordable and (most important!) safe for her. We spent hours quoting with other companies, and could not find a better price for the labour and meterial. Corinne is a sweetheart! ? She took time to explain the differences among floor types and discuss our needs (a heavy duty, waterproof and low in VOC's material). She found the best material, the best prices and dealt with condo and landlord directly to ensure there were no gaps nor doubts. The costumer service she deliveries is unbelievable... she really cares about her clients and is very easy to communicate with! Tamer was our instalation guy, and he is just amazing! He came in to do all the measurements and when the deal was finished, he performed the installation (all by himself!)! He is organized, had all the tools needed with him and performed an excellent job! He is very reliable, thoughtful and flexible! He even accommodated some of our family's needs to make sure all of us were ok during the service time! Our landlord is happy with the results, and so are we! Totally recommended!

We found great deal on carpet,however, hardwood looks a lot different from sample our order was based on. We have contacted for their help on this issue but have not heard back after initial conversation. I will revisit this review after few weeks to adjust the rating based upon further experience. Part 2. We were contacted to discuss the issue mentioned above and options were given, however the installation was well underway by then. The floor looks great nevertheless.

Gave me a ballpark of what to expect for costs, etc. even took the time to find me some remnants which made my carpet replacement much less expensive. It was a Saturday and my install was done by noon on Sunday. Really happy with my new carpet, price was super reasonable, and the level of service was something you just don’t get very often these days. Would definitely call them up again for any future flooring needs.

Joe and his team from Reno Ready Flooring leveled my entire basement and vinyl installer Tamer did a fabulous install on the floor and stairs. Everyone was professional, punctual, dependable, and kept the workspace tidy. It was hassle free AND at a decent price!! Highly recommended!!
