★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have felt unwelcomed every time I have visited the Calgary location. One of the regular employees there speaks to women of color as if they are an inconvenience to her, and provides poor education, and talks as if the customers don't know anything about the industry. Instead of asking if I needed help, she went and sat behind cash and started chatting with her peers. This has happened all three times I have been to Purple by the same employee. The last time I went, I ended up approaching another employee, because I could not handle her attitude. Had I not needed adhesive for an appointment that day, I would have just walked out instead of giving my money to a company that does not value their guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended a CMP course at purple that was put on by NASP. The course was great and my instructor Shelley was amazing. Anyways, purple beauty supplies in Calgary is an amazing store. I love the set up and how easy it was to navigate and find exactly what you needed. It was very clear which sections were for what. The staff is incredibly amazing as well. Super helpful and I loved chit chatting and communicating with them. All so friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend all beauty professionals take a trip to this location you will not be disappointed.

She is very well educated on the products and had fantastic recommendations.
After all was said and done she even helped load my truck and then followed up with me later that week to make sure I was happy . UNREAL! I will only deal with her xoxo
