★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 people at the pharmacy and it took over an hour to get a prescription. There was NO ONE ELSE waiting. An hour later and they just started to fill the prescription and was told it will be half an hour. Worst EVER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very low customer service today. Waiting over 45 mins in line at post office is ridiculous. Hire more people if your short staff, unrealistic to expect people to wait that long for service. Worse experience ever at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Pharmacy has disappointed me for the last time. EVERY MONTH for years I get this Pharmacy to renew my prescription by faxing my doctor in Edmonton and EVERY MONTH I need to call my doctor after a couple days of not receiving any notice from the Pharmacy. My doctor will say I already sent it days ago ..I will call the Pharmacy and they will say we haven't got it ..Then I call doctor back and ask them to fax again .After about a week of no medication they will call its ready .I went up the hill to the new Pharmacy and had the whole process done in 2 hours he called me medication in hand no line .
Don't waste your time. Or money .Oh my 91.00 prescription was75.00...Hhhmmm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are slow. I should add. It's just the pharmacy that's slow. I was told my prescription would be 30 min wait. Hr and a half later and they still didn't have it ready and they didn't seem to know how to enter my benefits card. And also neglected to communicate any of this with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the pharmacist was busy with prescriptions, so I had told them to take their time until they were able to come help me with an over the counter medication since I have a few chronic conditions. After asking my question for a recommendation, the pharmacist did not show me the medication they recommended, they just said go to this aisle, blah blah blah. Went to the aisle and I was faced with multiple choices and wasn’t sure to get. When I asked them to show me specifically the medication they had recommended, they told me they were too busy. How rude! Only takes a minute or so to show me specifically what I should get… I waited for 10 mins so I can be helped properly but the pharmacist didn’t even give me a minute of their time. How unprofessional! I will take my business elsewhere.
