★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars if I could. Came to drop off an RX that was older (still within 1 year). I called prior to driving all the way there and was told it was totally still within 1 year RX expiration so they could fill it. When I get there, pharmacists says come back in 20 mins. I come back later, to him then telling me he can’t fill the RX because it’s not new. I ask him why, as it fits within the 1 year expiration cut off. He then has no valid explanation for not filling it other than “he’s not comfortable doing it”. I have been on this medication for many years, it’s not a new RX, and it’s for a chronic condition. Still he refused. I left and called SaveOn Pharmacy who instantly said absolutely they can fill it, as legally a prescription is valid for a year after being written. Picked it up no problems at all! Will be a customer at Save On pharmacy from now on. I will never deal with the poor customer service of this horrible pharmacy ever again.
