Amazing place to hang out. The Clubhouse sandwich was to die for, so freaking good. My waitress was fantastic. See you soon! ?

The only reason for 1 star is the food is mediocre. Otherwise it’d be no stars. My family and I came here tonight to enjoy a get together with the kids an adults. We chose Boston pizza due to it being a family restaurant; so kids wouldn’t interrupt. Within 5 minutes of being there we were rushed to order our food and we’re given entrées for the kids before our *family* appetizer arrived. While waiting for our appetizer and family entrées one of the waitresses was staring down our table (a very tiny booth in the corner, for a family of 3 adults and 2 children). I felt very unwelcome due to not one but TWO waitresses giving my family the death glare. Once adult entrées arrived there was NO room on the table. We weren’t even given 5 minutes to enjoy our appetizer, before entrées arrived. I was paying attention to other tables and they all were given much longer to enjoy their appetizers. The entire time we were at this establishment we had 3-5 different staff members at our table rushing us; taking plates, glasses and asking if we needed things we were eating removed. I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received. Why label yourself as a family establishment if kids are going to make you rush people out? Do better. (Not to mention both steaks ordered were NOT to standard. One was barely cooked for a medium rare, while the other wasn’t cooked at all.)

Came here for lunch. Service was slow and food was not good at all. I paid extra for cactus cut fries and couldn't even eat them because there were so soggy and wet. Horrible.

Food was good as always (its Boston Pizza duh) Except I'm really confused with the appy hour menu claims drinks and apps starting at $4 except there wasn't a single item on the menu at $4 the closest was a beer for $4.50

Very attentive server, quick and more importantly delicious food. Covid protocols were all in place and it was a very enjoyable experience.

Extremely disappointed in the service I’ve received here. I’ve really come to notice a big difference in when I visit with my kids versus just me and my husband. Had poor service in July so stopped going to this location until tonight, decided to try it again with the kids and I’ve never been so angry and disappointed. I really don’t appreciate being asked after being there for a minute if I’m ready to order when I haven’t even gotten my child in a high chair yet and my other hasn’t even taken her coat off. We told them no, give us a bit please. NOT EVEN 2 MINUTES went by and the waitress was back asking if we were ready yet. I was on the phone at this point and hadn’t even been there for 5 minutes, use some common sense. Then, after ordering, my kids food comes out 5 mins later, we ordered appetizers for everyone so I was not very happy with that at all. Our appetizer shows up and before I even had a chance to get my kids plates ready they’re already bringing out all the adult entrees. It felt SO rushed and not very courteous. There was no room at our table considering the pushed a table of 5 in a tiny booth in the corner and we just got 7 plates brought out in under 5 minutes of one another. On top of that, none of our steaks were cooked remotely properly, a medium rare was completely raw. And then, before I even had a chance to eat my own food I’m being asked if we’re ready for plates to be taken away and a bill. Unbelievable. Every time I bring my kids with me here I get such a rushed, poor experience. This is a FAMILY restaurant. Maybe rethink your staff choices if these girls are so inconvenienced with children being there. I’ll NEVER return to this location and it was the biggest waste of over $100. I’ve received far better service and food with my kids at other chains like Earls, which is far from a family friendly place. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone with kids, that’s for sure.

I went here on Wednesday for wings and the food was served so fast and hot but even more importantly our server, Nadia was incredible. So friendly. My drink was never empty and she checked on my party at least half a dozen times. Absolutely incredible service.

Super ? heart shaped pizzas delivered hot and right to your door on Valentine's Day! Pasta specials on Tuesday nights! Friendly and with good customer service skills. Average prices.
