β β β β β Standard glasses are ok. Showed up for an eye appointment (booked 2 weeks in advance) to be told that they have no spot for me. Waste of time.

β β β β β Was there for 10min trying on glasses. then stood there for another five waiting for someone to help me. while associates were busy with tasks... they helped other customers. yet said nothing to me. guess Iβll just go elsewhere.

β β β β β The worst customer service I ever seen, every time I go there trying to get someone to talk to me in regarding appointment and no one cares I have to keep shouting and chasing the associates to talk to me and yet as soon as I said I want to make an appointment for an eye exam , before I complete my sentence they handed me a business card to book the apt online. They are very unprofessional and clueless. Guess what I'm going somewhere else where I feel valued customer.

β β β β β The dr i saw. Dr Chris. Is Very knowledgeable of eyes and post concussion. He was kind, and compassionate and took the time to explain everything to me as he went.
He was honest about what i needed and there was no pressure to get glasses there.
10/10 great eye exam.
Unfortunately when booking, i got double booked, and had to wait awhile to try and get squeezed in.
Not ideal as i had taken time off work.
Donβt use the online booking, Call in and speak to someone to make an actual appointment.
They did get me squeezed in, in the end.

β β β β β I recently had an eye exam appointment at this location. My experience with the Dr and the staff in the back was very pleasant, but sadly I'm removing stars due to poor customer service on the floor. It seemed very chaotic and the people who were there waiting to be served were looked over and new comers given priority. Perhaps it is more an issue of pushy clients, but either way, I waited over 30 min to be acknowledged. Happy I was early for my appointment
