J	Jamie-Ann Barker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has followed Dr Imam from Aspen Medical out to Ogden. At the time I was alone and pregnant with my second child and new to the city. Dr Imam was and continuities be helpful and very respectful of my families needs and history. She made the medical concerns for my premature baby much easier to deal with as a single parent. And with my own medical history. She listens with empathy, and treats with compassion. A level of understanding that I have only encountered once before in my life in this field. Great bedside manner and wonderful with my kids. Dr Imam also has a great sense of humour you don’t normally get to see in Doctors. We appreciate her opening her own clinic. It’s closer to us is distance now... but we would still go to her even if she were an hours drive away.
C	C H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the doctor here is good and good with kids I'm still looking for a new doctor who is willing to help clients save time. Reception will not budge on not booking appointments even when results are good my son was sent for cardiovascular appointment and then instead of just saying things were good with him they made us come in. What a waste of my time and my Alberta Health Services. They won't work with you over the phone at all. Thankfully I still have my other doctor to support me.
T	TJ O'Leary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. I would never recommend this clinic. It’s a numbers game with them. I’d like to know how much they paid for the other reviews here. Dr. A. A. spent under 5 minutes with me after an hour wait only to diagnose, on the spot, what every other long list of doctors couldn’t in the past 2 years. When questioned, he didn’t respond respectfully. He then proceeded to write 4 prescriptions, half of which I told him didn’t work from the many times I’ve taken them in the past and aggravated the condition more so. I thought medical doctors were suppose to heal and have compassion and empathy. This doctor promptly proceeded to shut me up and you could tell he was in a hurry to attend to the other waiting piggy banks in the lobby. I’ve never needed the Canadian medical system in the past and have only now come to realize it’s many, many shortcomings. Time to switch to homeopathy, for good!
A	Asia Acuna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last few visits the doc has been dismissive and rude. Maybe he’s working too much but the compassion just isn’t there anymore. Not sure how you can tell someone their acne concerns are all in their head when their face is covered with makeup and a mask.

Amazing with kids and, caring and supportive. I love the location!! The front staff is so nice, like I said very refreshing. The office is very clean and inviting. I know I will be happy here :) It’s been a few years and though they are really nice, I just feel rushed. It’s hard to take time off work and I was told the last time I can only mention one issue. I’m sorry it should be times not by issues, especially if you work and a mother of two. That would be the only thing they would have to work on. Other than that it’s a great place
t	tanya sand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls at the front desk are amazing! Very friendly and kind. As for the Dr. Imam and Dr. Aslam they are both lack empathy and have terrible bedside manner. They are very phoney people who do not actually care for their patients. When you first meet them they seem nice but after a while they will make you feel like you are inconvenienceing them and they will try to rush you. I think they only see their patients as money signs. I would never access their services again even if i was dying.

Dr. Imam listened to me when many other doctors from different clinics wouldn't. I'm really glad that I've found this clinic, as they are not only punctual, but you can get in to see someone quickly and the doctors are both so helpful.

Since he has moved from downtown to this location, I wish they would be a little more available for phone consultations. I don't have a vehicle so getting to this location from the core is quite time consuming.
