What is the point in saying you accommodate walk-in patients if you never schedule enough doctors to accommodate more than just appointments. Very disappointed. I also have felt the times I have come here that it was very impersonal, they take you in and see you for 2 minutes just to rush you out and wait for you to leave the room before they do. I have never been to another clinic that the doctor doesn’t leave first so I can leave the room in my own time. One time I had an appointment at 10am when the clinic opened, the doctor wasn’t even working! He didn’t show up to work until 10:45am, which is extremely unprofessional.

Has been an amazing experience overall. I’ve been with them for about 2.5 years now, I went to them first as a walk in because I was having problems with my tonsils and no other doctor seemed to care, I was really really sick, couldn’t eat, throwing up, tonsils were swollen to the 9s for a couple weeks, could barley work, and I needed help desperately. As soon as I got there I saw Dr. Ayad (im sorry If I misspelled) he was super concerned and super helpful and sent me straight to emergency at south health with a ride from Mayfair cabs through AHS. I ended up getting in right away because he was afraid I had an abscess and wondered why no other doctors were helping. Anyways, long story short in the end he ended up helping me a lot, I got so sick so often and I was in so much pain with it all, on top of them trying to drain my tonsils and missing so much work, seeing several doctors and nurses at south health I found an amazing nurse there that helped me to see an ENT which is super hard to get into, finally made my appointment for a tonsillectomy. I still go to this clinic and ended up with a female doctor since doctor ahad was not accepting new patients at the time. dr. De gracia is super helpful and has been great as well, recently I’ve been seeing dr. Ahad again for constant sessions for my anxiety and he’s been really helpful, I might consider switching to him, since my family doctor was away when I needed to go. The front desk is super friendly and will help you out as you need and they truly care. It’s so hard to find doctors who are actually good at there jobs and sincere and who treat you with respect. Highly recommend, and might I add the location they moved to is super convenient I am so happy! Their pharmacist that’s attached to the medical clinic is also super friendly and knowledgeable, he calmed me down and talked me through my panic attack while I was waiting for a doctor he was very helpful! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Have always been satisfied when going there. For a short time it seemed like doctors came and left quite regularly so it didn't feel like there was much of a history being made other than what was on paper. Lately I've been seeing Dr. Degracia and it now feels like a true family doctor when I'm being seen by her, rather than just a walk in clinic. That being said, when I've had to go on a walk in basis the Nurses and Doctors have never been anything but polite, professional and supportive.

I went here today and when the doctor came in the room he said what’s the issue, I said I have a few things I would like to ask you about. He said ok but I can only help you with two, I said are you serious he said yes. So I proceeded to talk to him about the one issue and when we finished with that I said ‘do you guys do PCR tests’ he said no. Then I said ‘well ok the other thing is’ and he said ‘sorry that’s it’. I said what do you mean and he said that’s your two questions. I said ‘you are kidding’ he said no, you’ll have to book another appointment! These are the same family doctors that pretend they actually care about you, the same family doctors the politicians use to tell you what’s right for you. It has never be so obvious to me that the medical industry is just a business.

Dr ayad is the worest i went 2017 to my blood result i dont have missel i was pregnant he didnt even warn me i was asking him if it hurt my pregnancy he was said not at all now my boy has autism thats one factor i will never forgive you...he is my only ones where ever i see my boy i remember you.

My daughter cut her finger at school. We went to this walk-in clinic but was told to wait and uncertain if the dr will take us in. We waited and after 1hr the dr had the time to see us. The DR REFUSED TO HELP MY DAUGHTER and take the bandage from my daughter’s finger. He said that we will have to wait as they take patients that were registered first. NOTE: WE WERE SITTING AT THE EXAMINATION ROOM ALREADY. He forced us to leave the room and wait longer. During the wait another woman run out of another of the rooms shouting "You are not a doctor. This is a scam. You don't want to help me." I took it as a sign and left. Scary place. Don't remember the dr's name. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC FOR YOUR OWN SAKE! PS. Another dr glued my daughter finger in literally 3min.

I would give 0 starts if that was available. Their clinic has "we welcome all walk in patients" plastered all over their door, parking stalls and signs up inside their building. They refused service as a walk in. These people are not doctors, they're big pharma drug pushers **update for your comment - if that is the case your receptionist needs some serious training. I was told no walk ins, I even asked to book an appt and was told the doctors are not seeing people outside of their current patient list. I do not have a family doctor which is why I came as a walk in, but thanks for your useless advice.

The pharmacist and doctors were very helpful. Didn't have to wait very long and was in and out in under 30 minutes. Not too sure why there are many negative reviews as the many times I have been here were always courteous and quick
