Bought a $400 vacuum broke down within a couple weeks brought it back exchanged it for another vacuum charged us $100 for that vacuum told us it was brand new we got at home had scuff marks all over the place the powerhead wire was cut so it wasn’t brand new brought that back and then tried to charge us for the powerhead again brought it home still doesn’t work
will not return our money worst business in Calgary
Stay away from this place unless you want to get ripped off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner sold me a used battery charger that was obviously defective. When I went to return it he only gave me $40 back instead of the $63 that I paid. He does not stand behind any of his products or work that he does. Stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d like to share my very positive experience with this place. I had an electric mower and electric whip snip that needed battery replacement. The prices were fair - batteries were not cheap - something we all need to keep in mind as we all march to eletricification of thing. His service was first rate and fast. He got the items he promised and even sharpened my blades. Little joints like this are important and useful… especially with our throw away and buy new culture. Consider swinging in and checking to see if your appliance, vacuum or garden tool can be repaired before you buy new. Once businesses like this disappear we won’t have much in the way of options to keep our stuff working and functional.
