Reasonably priced service & parts, honest quote, highly recommend If you want to buy new or service your vacuum flow, vacuum stick or any other vacuum cleaning product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every interaction I’ve had with Greg and his team has been overwhelmingly positive. Their knowledge of vacuums and central vac systems is incredible, and I always get great information without a hard sales pitch. They installed the perfect central vac system for our house (after the builder sold us a horrible one) and even fixed our under counter vacuum system back to new after it died.
I cannot say enough about this local business. Please support them the next time you need a vacuum or service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dyson Hot+Cool started going on the blink, and needed a new filter. Simple enough…nope. Dyson didn’t have any in stock, nor did any of the major suppliers. Superior Vacuums did and gave me regular updates as to the status of my order and were courteous and prompt when answering my questions. Will use them again and again despite me being on the other side of the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My central vacuum cleaner’s motor burned out and I went to Superior Vacuums on Kensington Rd where I was helped by Greg, the branch manager there. I had originally planned on a certain model from the site, but he thankfully had me look at something that would be much longer lasting and that still was within my budget.
He price matched that vacuum cleaner canister and even generously supplied some of the vacuum tubing that I would have otherwise had to buy at a hardware store. I had really excellent and caring service with Greg at this location and would highly recommend them for all of your needs regarding vacuums.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About a year ago, I called looking for "bags" for my older vacuum. Sure enough, Superior had them. They dropped them off here at my home. Based on that great home delivery service, I called them again last week on Thursday and scheduled an appointment morning of Tuesday. The nice gentleman called and arrived a little early (so great on time service). Looked at our rug beater and long hose. Quickly showed me why 2 things were broken - the switch and the rug beater motor. He took them apart to show me why - which was very helpful in understanding. He explained repair options and buy new options. Since my old units were over 25 years old, we both came to the conclusion that new would be better. Purchased the new stuff and boy has technology advanced in several decades - lighter units, way quieter, more moveable, cleaner looking, and more options to clean with the various attachments. Superior even took time to show me how to use the various options, including the port in the garage for my husband to clean the cars. While I am really impressed, I truly know that my husband will even more happy on his birthday with this new vacuum system. It will really allow him to clean much easier and faster on Sat and Sun before the football games start up and will allow him no excuses to clean up after the TV games are finished too!. Best investment I made for him recently. Thanks again Superior!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three months after replacing our central vac unit, it suddenly stopped working. The initial troubleshooting Greg provided over the phone didn't resolve anything so I took the unit in. Greg inspected it and quickly offered to replace the motor. Same day service, no charge and he even threw in a replacement belt for the power nozzle. He also gave me instructions on how to check the hose and lines to make sure no partial blockage was making the motor work harder. Many thanks Greg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in near closing time and was quickly helped with no problems. Greg (I think that was his name) was great and although they didn't have cylinder model I was looking for, he recommended another upright type.
I am probably better off because of it and it works like a charm. Came with a warranty and was priced well. Would recommend; these guys know what they are doing and were easy to work with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed accessories for a recently purchased Central Vac system and decided to try visiting stores in person since my online search didn't give me the information I needed to make a sensible investment. The hardware stores are great for piping to install the system but not so much for accessories. The first Calgary store dedicated to vacuums that I tried had literally nothing in stock, not even a hose.
I was pleasantly surprised when I called Superior Vacuums and they told me they have a large selection in stock and I can try out different models in their store. They looked after me right away and I'm confident that I got a premium system for a price better than what I could get online. That said, they do have a very good online store for anyone who is not comfortable going to the store. This is a genuinely superior business that is well run by experts in their field.
