★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knew exactly what I wanted. Went in ready to drop $$. Was directed by a nice man at the front door to the laptop section, then waited 15 min for someone to help me. Then I asked a woman to find someone who could help me and she said “sure no problem”, after 7-8 minutes I was still waiting only to find her at the front chatting with a coworker. I got frustrated and walked out. I’ll try somewhere else …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hit or miss service. You can run into someone who actually are helpful, but on the other hand; there are sales associates who seem like they only work there to get an employee discount. If you know what you're looking for and have checked if they have it in stock then it's a convenient location for those who live in the neighborhood. But then again, having minimal inventory makes this location almost pointless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m always impressed at how helpful every Best Buy employee is. This place is no different. I only had one small problem where I was told the wrong return policy for ear pieces but one of the employees was able to accommodate me and return my money. So still happy with this place.
