About Floorscapes Inc.
Floorscapes is a family company with a passion for contributing to beautiful, well-loved homes. In just over 25 years, our company has grown to a team of over 20 and has contributed to over 14,000 Calgary homes: always a floor, often a backsplash and sometimes a ceiling or a wall feature. For our favorite projects, however, we’ve contributed more than just a floor covering— we’ve helped Calgary homeowners shape and achieve their aesthetic visions.
Our company's owner Bryce Osborne has always had a sharp eye for colour, shape and space. He’s helped create some truly beautiful rooms for homeowners in our community. Bryce’s daughter, interior-designer Kayla Osborne, his son Eric Osborne, his husband Evan Hayko and his business partner Jason Sawers have all been trained well and are able to offer the same sorts of insight.

They took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me some really good advice on my specific situation including options, colours, etc. Bryce and Kayla were very knowledgeable and helpful, staying in touch from beginning to end. The installation team was also great - their work was superb, fast and they cleaned up after themselves leaving my place better than they found it. Love the finished result and I believe that the price I paid was very competitive. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time we use Floorscape. The lady we spoke to at the store is very knowledgeable; she let us bring home few boards of carpet sample so we could decide on the color. Few days later, Paolo follows up with us and he brings few LVP samples when we met at the condo. He is very professional and helpful throughout the carpet & LVP selections. The main concern for us is the LVP requirements from the condo board; he reviewed it with us to confirm the LVP requirements are met before submit to the condo board. He came by to pick up the paper works to safe us a trip to the store. Mark and Evan manage to reschedule the time to make it works for us. The trades finished the carpets (2 bedrooms) and LVP (living room) installation in 2 days. We are impressed. Paolo even calls us few days before the installation to confirm the date is good to go. Everyone that I talk to is very professional. The condo looks amazing with the new carpet and LVP. The workmanship is top notch! We highly recommend them!

From the receptionist to the contractor everyone was very professional and knowledgeable not to forget helpful and supportive. Good listeners and also very patient. Paolo was very helpful from beginning to end of the renovation. Charles, the installer of the laminate was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A wonderful company to deal with. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I am very happy with my laminate and the job they did.
