★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife bought an expensive pickleball racquet and the owner would not honour the warranty. Poor customer service. In response to the reply from the owner. My wife’s racquet developed a dead spot and when she approached your store, she was told that unless the dead spot is visible, you can’t do anything. She then asked for assistance in getting in touch with Selkirk but was brushed off. Although this happened two years ago, there is no time limit for posting a review.

Andrew responded to an email request promptly with a few options and had the gift on the courier the next day for overnight delivery at a super reasonable rate! I'm always one to pay a little more to support local but there prices were similar to a box store so that was an added bonus!! Thanks Andrew, my kids are going to love their gift!
