★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lovely sale woman help me get a whole new wardrobe for returning back to work after mat leave. She was super helpful and made sure I was getting the right sizing.
Everything looks great on me and I will be getting more cloths for the fall.
**Update**
My husband bought a pair a pants there enjoyed them, However after wearing them maybe 3-4 times the seem on one pant leg completely undid. I brought the pants back to the store, they still hd them in stoke and where ready to exchange them. But I didn’t have the receipt. My husband like the pants and thought he was buying good quality clothing. But the store nice told us the we were SOL. Which is very very disappointing.
When you spend a nice amount on something you have expectations that it will last and not start falling apart when in a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping at banana republic since past couple of years and I have always had great experience with all the staff and the managers except last week. I was shopping for myself and my wife and I had the worst experience of my life with a manager, if I am not wrong, her name was Adit / Edit. I was in the store for 30-40 minutes and all I noticed was how disrespectful and rude the manager was to the employees working there which ruined my experience. I was in the fitting room and I was able to hear her rude conversation with one of the employees assisting in the fitting area. I also asked for some assistance, and her tone was so bossy and disrespectful. I also want to mention that I have been working in retail since past 34 years and I am currently a GM of a prestigious clothing brand at holt Renfrew but I have never seen such a disrespectful and a rude manager towards the customers and their employees ever in my career. Hats off to the employees working at banana. I would never recommend to go to the chinook location if that particular manager is working, otherwise I always had a great experience at banana republic chinook and I would like to thank the lady in the fitting area who assisted me.

She answered all our questions regarding clothes on sale for my boyfriend, and the services provided were beyond expectations. Thanks for the great customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and great sales, got a couple of shirts and wore one out since I was wearing my work clothes. Unfortunately the handles rubbed off on my new white shirt. It mostly washed out, will have to remember not to wear white next time.
