★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in on July 7th at 4pm. The lady who helped me was amazing. She went out of her way to answer my questions about garment bags. I have never been into this store before and because of her, I will be back in again. She was busy helping other customers and still made the time to help me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Melanie Lyne Chinook on July 4. Tania assisted me in finding a bridesmaid's dress. She was amazing from start to finish. She greeted me with a warm and encouraging energy. I said I needed a dress but haven't bought a dress in a long time and don't know what would even look good for my body type and age group. She immediately assured me that she would look after me and started to pull dresses to try on. I showed her each dress and she gave an honest review. Which was very encouraging, as she wanted me to find the right dress rather than make a sale. After finding three dresses, I need to buy them for another bridesmaid (who wasn't with me). She found all the dresses for us. Tania provided outstanding customer service. She showed an extraordinary ability to understand what my needs were and was able to meet all those needs fully with a bright and positive energy. Tania even followed up with a phone call to make sure the dresses were working out and if I had any questions or concerns, to contact her. It was truly appreciated to be treated like a valued customer. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 16 year old daughter and her friend were in this store today trying on dresses. My daughter is 5'8 and wears a size 10/12. As a teen she sometimes has bad self esteem and body image as most of us as adults actually do as well sometimes. So she didnt fit into a dress today and the sales associate told her they only carry to size 12 and she was more like a 17! She aslo told her that her fat just wont fit into their dresses! In what world is this acceptable?! Never should this be said to anyone, this can cause eating disorders, suicide etc. Plus its just plain rude! This woman should not be working in that industry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here a couple times looking for my grad dress and each time it has been amazing! Because of covid capacity restrictions we had to wait outside the store and staff were great at keeping us updated on wait times. I was immediately helped by Camila who was extremely polite and friendly. She helped me pick out the most suitable dress based on my preference, and thanks to her good eye I purchased the gown she had picked out for me! All of the staff were amazing and friendly and I couldn't be happier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this location are not professional at all. I've stopped in a handful of times to browse with the intention of spending good money but haven't been greeted or helped. I've actually walked out each time I was not greeted within a 5 minute span. After working in retail, this is inexcusable behavior.
The quality of the clothing is just not there. I spent over $150 on one shirt alone and after bringing it home to wash and wear, I noticed the seams were already ripping apart, with one hole under the armpit. I did take it back and they ordered me a new one to be sent to my house, but again, there was another hole on the back seam. All clothing is made in China (read the labels). They are cheap pieces of clothing being sold for hundreds of dollars because of the name printed on the tag. Do not waste your money. If you want to spend big bucks, go local for quality.
