Enterprise Truck Rental - Calgary

Great location, central to all veins of the city. Their customer service is always excellent - friendly staff that greet you and exceed expectations, they're always very quick to process the reservation and get you on your way. Their fleet is virtually brand new, and I have never been given a dirty or unkept vehicle. Clean office environment too! Keep it up, you are all so wonderful to work with - I always turn to this location for our rental truck needs!

The best customer service in the city. If you are looking for truck rental, look no further. Moreover, their vehicles are brand new, more fuel efficient, more comfortable overall. Yes, they might be just a bit more expensive. But if you go to their chipper competitors, you are risking of wasting your time, money and nerves. I've been there. In Enterprise the quality is guaranteed, from my personal experience.

Rented E450, to drive 2500 km . Was a delightful experience. Staff was great. Trucks are newer and drive great.

Grabbed a Dodge Durango of the lot. Good customer service. They picked me up and drove me to their location. Did a full walkthrough on my rental with me to ensure there were no damages. I'll update review after dropping the vehicle off.

Absolutely disgusted by this place. When I booked my rental, I was specific about needing a truck with a lift gate, I was told that it was no problem. When I called in on Saturday to make sure the vehicle was ready to pick up, I confirmed that it had a lift, and was told that they don't have those trucks, as they are always rented out. At least they took some money off for the inconvenience once I got there. So after my event which was more than 18 hours on Sunday, I came back to find my front passenger side window smashed. Clearly there are vagrants living there, as evidenced by the photos that I took. This was never explained to me, nor was I offered to park my vehicle inside the gated area. When I called on Monday morning, I was told they would have a look at their video footage and get back to me. Nothing, no phone call back, so in the afternoon I stopped by, and was told that everybody in the admin department was working from home that day (should have been my first clue). Was told again that they would call me. Called again Tuesday, was told that somebody would call me back...each time leaving my name and number btw. Wednesday called back again, once again told that Brody would call me back, waited all day, called back at 4:15, and was told that he was in a meeting all day. I asked for his manager, and they would only give me an email address for an area manager. No apology has ever been given, the only things they have ever even said is that it's not their responsibility. I have given them ample time to respond, and make this right. Even the threat of this review they seemed to completely disregard. I kind of makes me wonder what they found on the tape. Perhaps a disgruntled employee? Somebody they knew was an issue? Who knows...well I think we will soon enough. Clearly they seem to be trying to cover up something. I'm guessing that the police have been involved before at this location, and won't be surprised when I make the report. I hoped that it wouldn't come to that, but clearly I have been left with no other alternative to get the answers that I need. The biggest one is, why were no other vehicles, much nicer than mine, vandalized as well? Moral of the story, even if you do decide to rent here, DO NOT park your vehicle outside of the gate, as they have admitted that vandalism is a problem.

I had a very good experience with Enterprise! I needed a cargo van, booked it well in advance and there was one ready for me on the morning of pick-up. The van was brand new so I had a really pleasant drive --- except for the 4 blizzards I had to drive through :( (Gotta love April weather in Alberta!) The price was reasonable, the treatment I received was friendly and the added bonus was a complimentary ride back to my own vehicle. I have no complaints and do highly recommend Enterprise Truck Rental! Thank you :)
