Not impressed with this location, they are very dishonest. Picked up a car and during the walk around, the male rep (using an IPad) pointed out a window chip and said it was noted on the contract of which I would be emailed a copy. I headed out and a warning light on the dash appeared. I looked up the warning and it was low tire pressure. Now in Okotoks, I searched for somewhere to get the tires checked and tire pressure fixed. Then further down the highway, a loud rattle appeared once car was at 80km. This weekend was extremely cold so the chip on the windshield cracked in 3 directions. I had called to 1800 number to inquire about returning the car the evening prior to the due date of return and let him know that the chip had expanded and the contract emailed to me did not list the notes of the inspection as I was told it was, noting the chip. He said that he would contact the location in the morning and they would get back to me if there was an issue. Almost a month after the return of the car, I get an email from the Damage Recovery Unit for a claim against me for damage to the car. Not knowing what this was about I promptly called and spoke to the adjuster and was told that I was being charged for the damage to the windshield. I explained what happened at the time of picking up the car, that I had called about the contract not stating the chip as per the rep, and further why I had not been notified prior to this email. The Adjuster dismissed and closed the dispute immediately. I believe this rep had been dishonest and purposely omitted recording the chip damaged. Then further instead of contacting me, just went and filed a claim. If you choose to do business with this location, make sure you check your emailed contract before you leave the lot.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much service from a car-rental company. However, during the pickup, Chenelle was quick, professional, and very helpful. When we returned the car, the manager was also very friendly and welcoming. Their service is probably the best I had from a car rental-company. We will definitely rent our car here in our next trip to Calgary. Thanks!

Great service, consideration for customer. We rented a full size and my wife left with an intermediate because it's difficult sometime to know the difference between those two choices. KEVIN offered to us a free upgrade for the next time. Very polite and professional guy. he should see his salary raised.

Very happy with our experience. We booked for 16 days and got a fair price on a compact car. We even got a complimentary upgrade to a compact SUV. The service was quick and easy, both when we picked up the car and returned it. The staff was also very friendly. It was well worth the 25 minutes taxi trip from the airport because the rental was much cheaper than at the airport itself.

It's a great and convenient rental branch. Firstly, the staff are very welcoming and helpful and I even occasionally get free upgrades (it's also due to the availability of the car I am booking, but hey, they could easily give you the cheapo car nobody wanted and ask you to book that at a lower price...). In addition, I had rented the cars a few weeks ago and the booking process and walkthrough have always been a pleasant experience, while returning the car and dropping the keys in the dropbox is very convenient. And thumbs up for the customer service, for recognizing me each time (even I have been a fairly relatively new customer for a few weeks only). During the walkthrough, the gentleman or lady will answer your questions about the car and they are very knowledgeable. All in all, it's a great customer experience. In addition, the cars, before I take them, are washed and sanitized, and the variety of cars is actually pretty good. I strongly recommend booking through the website and collecting the points if you plan to rent a few times (I think, after you rent 7 times, your standard membership gets upgraded as you would have matched some criteria), but you can also collect the membership points anyway.

Great service and very affordable rates. I did the monthly premium at rental for 2 months. They also upgraded me free to an SUV for the first bit until a car became available. The Branch Manager Sam Uyar was very professional, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

We received amazing service from both the branch manager Sam Uyar and Martial during our visit to this Enterprise location. A last-minute personal vehicle issue resulted in us requiring a rental for a week and we were surprised at how affordable the rates were. Both Sam and Martial were very professional in our interaction and went above expectations to ensure we got a vehicle that was suitable for our trip out. The vehicle was very clean and well maintained, thank you to the team at Enterprise West Downtown Calgary!
