★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really disappointed about the service we received today, and would not recommend anyone to get their rentals from the brunch. First off, we got a compact car even though a full size vehicle was reserved 2 weeks in advance. A Mazda 3 hackback is NOT a full size car! Not only we were downgraded to a compact size without any explanation, but also we were charged at the full size vehicle price! Plus, one the tires was flat when we got it and the inside is dirty!
We were not offered to switch another vehicle at the airport at all. And I spent more than 2 hours on the phone and the problem was still not resolved. I cannot believe that this branch doesn’t even clean up inside of the vehicle between customers during covid. And they totally ignore the potential safety issues with their vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently rented from National Car Rental. The staff there were very gracious and helpful. Even to the point of making sure I was completely comfortable with the size of the car I was going to rent. ( showed me three different Models for fitting into it properly and comfortably.
Car was very clean and sanitized. I would definitely go back to this agency again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on vacation recently and used my credits on my Emerald Account. Everything went smoothly during pickup. Didn't have the specific car that I was hoping they would have, but they did offer a couple of alternatives that I could take.
Did run into an issue with the maintenance light coming up and called them to find out that servicing was done but the tech forgot to reset the warning in the car. Other than that everything went smoothly. I ended up taking the Kia Forte Ex and it was a fairly nice car. Kind of wished it was a little more fuel efficient, but on the plus side, the tires on it were surprisingly quite good. Managed to handle the curvy BC coast roads with no issue at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really positive experience. Quick pickup, clean and well performing. There was a tiny door ding that was also a non issue when we returned the car. The manager, Zack, apologized for the delay when we returned the car and gave us a 20 percent discount for a <20 minute wait. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant experience. I booked my rental and insurance through expedia. The oick up was fast and smooth. The car was washed and clean inside. The only issue I had was when I was asked to come back due to a recall on the car, that took a good 40 mins of my time driving back and forth. The car they swapped was really nice though. Professional and friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved a car from online. It happened that there was no actual vehicles at all at this DT location, when we arrived.
Ashoka Garsada: Branch Manager solved the problem by called around from the other locations and got us something lovely to drive.
That was awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service!! Instead of pushing overpriced extras that I don’t need, the team at this branch prioritized my safety and travel needs. My original booking was for a mid size sedan, but with the recent snowfall and close to freezing temperatures, I was offered a free upgrade to an SUV with AWD (to make it easier to travel on the slippery roads). Above and beyond customer care!!
