Worst place ever. They scratch a brand new rim... And no way that I can have a manager, even by trying by phone and online request... FYI... My rim is a 20" mustang... They are not cheap. Thanks for screwing my car and not take responsibility...

I called to make an appointment for recall 16S41, first they told me they have spot in a week. I double make sured by asking:”don’t you need to order the part?” And they answer me:” yes, the part is in next week.” So I told them to hold the spot for me and allow me cancel my other appointment with another dealer first then call back. After few mins, I called back and another lady told me no, they haven’t heard any further information for this recall’s action, they can’t do that for me anymore.

Booked an appointment yesterday to bring a fleet vehicle for service. Stayed in line for half an hour at 7:00 am. Once I got into the garage, the agent was not really happy to see a fleet vehicle! Not trying to give a hard time to anyone in this crazy COVID time at all, but maybe because it has some extra work for them to call the company for approval??! She asked me to provide the fleet management company VENDOR phone number not the number that I call as a customer! How can I have such information? You are an authorized dealer and have to have this information on your system!!! If you are not an authorized center, why you didn't tell me yesterday when I booked an appointment so I could go to another center?!! Anyways, had a bad experience here as they wasted 2 hours of my day.
