I was very impressed with both the sales and service end of this dealership. Both were very polite, willing to go out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied, and would recommend to anyone wanting first class service. both very friendly and ensured I was on the same page as them for the state of my vehicle and recommended services appropriately. 10/10 will be visiting again for ALL my service requirements.

β β β β β We came to Renfrew a couple of years ago and purchased a couple of vehicles from them. Due to the amazing service, we had to come back again. Amanda our sales contact was amazing in keeping contact with us since then. She always looked out for our best interest and was very accommodating with our needs. Basically feel like she is family now. Richard, our finance manager, was very helpful and had a great laid back approach. No pressure sales and was also very accommodating and advocated for us to help seal the deal. They both made the whole process easy as we walked in over the weekend not expecting to walk out with a different vehicle but just to see if we had any options. Overall a very positive experience once again as we keep coming back to them and will do so in the future. Definitely highly recommend.

β β β β β I recently bought the Chrysler 300 from Renfrew as my first time buying the car from dealership it's wasn't the best experience even though they had the car I wanted and haven't had a problem there but with the financing they messed up the price of the car more than $2000 and which screws up with interest since I already made few payment towards the wrong price and I thought that they are doing this for long time so I thought that they would do the perfect job so I really didn't worry about it there however, when I got the time to check all the cost something wasn't adding up and I noticed that the price of the car was way off than what it showed on Ads. After I found that price is off I contacted the dealership and they said that they will catch the mistake end of the month either way but how would I know that they will contact me if I didn't catch the mistake. And I am currently still waiting for that to get fixed this is very inconvenient for me because I shouldn't really have to worry about this issue because it's their job to sell and do finance for their customers.

Our salesperson, Liam, as well as the management, was helpful and worked to get us an awesome deal both on trading in two vehicles and purchasing one new one. The while team had great personalities and were fun to partner with while there. Oh, and a shout out to the sweet little puppers on site to brighten everyone's day. We're loving our new wheels. Thank-you! This is my third Jeep purchase and second from Renfrew. Renfrew goes above and beyond with their service, didn't pressure me, and got me in my new vehicle by end of day. I definitely recommend shopping for your new or new to you vehicle here.

β β β β β A few weeks ago, I walked into Renfrew with my eyes set on a beautiful Charger, looking to trade in my Mazdaspeed 6. I was unfamiliar with the car buying process as this was my first experience with a dealership.
Upon walking in I was greeted by Danny, a sales consultant. Genuinely a good guy, he listened to what I had to say about my budget and didn't try to upsell me. He went above and beyond post-sale by helping me track down the garage door opener I left in the Mazda two weeks after the trade in was made and the Mazda had been sold. The man even bought me lunch out of his own pocket while I waited for my car to be prepped to drive.
The sales process was very streamlined. Slightly intimidating as a first-time new car buyer, as important details are flying at you quick and fast. However, I'd be lying if I said I didn't have fun talking about payment plans and negotiating down a little bit.
It would do this review a disservice if I didn't mention Joel from the finance department. The guy has a whole 10 min speech about warranties memorized to the T. Also, a super relaxed guy, ended up chatting for half an hour about everything from Calgary food to our first cars.
Overall, the staff I dealt with at Renfrew were very easy-going, walked a good line with professionalism and friendliness and most importantly made me walk out with the car of my dreams.
