★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started taking my vehicle to Kensington Auto after my warranty expired with the Dealership. I really appreciate Kensington Auto's 'no upsell' policy. For example, when I ask them to check my brakes, they don't insist on doing a brake job 'today'. They actually tell me how much is left and give me an estimated timeline as to when the brakes will 'really' need the work done. When I take it in for an oil change, I don't get the 'predictable' phone call with several other items suddenly needing work. That's refreshing and appreciated from the pressure some Dealership's Service Centre's apply.

Two weeks after new tire purchase, one of my tires was punctured by a screw. David provided excellent customer service to find ways to have the tire replaced at very low cost to me. Thank you David!

I absolutely trust David and his team and appreciate how accommodating they have always been to my schedule. They do quality work for fair prices and I won't go anywhere else. I also liked the convenience of renting U-haul trucks from this location to move furniture and set pieces for my job every year before covid hit. Customer service is likewise excellent.

I also liked that the inspection report was digitized. David was very helpful in scheduling and confirming my appointment and following up within the week to ensure there were no issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a great job. Super clean, was really happy with the service and price. Some of the reviews said the smell of the cleaning supplies wasn't great, but I didn't mind it. It went away after one drive with an open window and was fresh smelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a suspension component fail on our vehicle and the guys at Kensington Auto were able to get it repaired in a reasonable time frame given their bookings for winter tire installation.
We've used this shop a couple of times now and I always feel like they fix only what needs fixing, which is always a good feeling.
We'll continue supporting them!
