Auto King - Calgary

Got the classic interior clean and they did an amazing job. I also had paint scratches across my whole quarter panel that they got out for only $50. Will definitely be going here again for my next detail.

Auto King Detailing should be called Auto Emperor Detailing. I am a Nana to 2 lovely grandkids 2 & 7. They love going in Nana's car. My car hadn't had a good clean for 2 years. My carpets had road salt and I was starting to notice that old funky smell. When I picked up my car except for the hail damage it looked and smelt brand new!!!. I would seriously recommend anyone no matter how dirty your vehicle is to go to Auto King Detailing. Thank you Auto King for the beautiful reset for my car and me. I feel great driving in my new car!!!

If you want to get your car kind of cleaned and DAMAGED, this is the place! Took my boyfriends car in for a detailing and had it returned with a slash in the passenger side upholstery. I drive the car and also sit in the passenger side regurlary and there was no damage prior to the cleaning. When we talked to the manager he said they take before photos of all their cars but the door was not visible in the photos. He then mentioned the detailers noticed the damage. So.. If you take photos to ensure the car is returned in the same physical condition, wouldn't that be something you'd make sure to get photo evidence of??? Something isn't adding up other then the lack of accountability and dishonesty of this business. Save yourself the headache and extra cash needed for a repair and go somewhere else to get an actual full clean..

They do such a good job and at a fantastic price . Others places quoted me $100 more for the same work. This is our second time getting our car detailed with these guys and I recommend them to all my friends. It’s a nice clean office with friendly and professional staff.

These guys did an amazing job detailing my car. It definitely wasn't the cleanest going in and I was surprised how clean it came out, they managed to get the salt wear from many winters out of the floor and cleaned up drywall dust and pet hair completely from the vehicle very happy with the service here!

The guys at Kensington Auto are super friendly, and did a great job removing all the short dog fur from my car. I made an appointment with short notice and David was able to get me in within a couple of days. Only point of advice for management is that my car was held all day from 8am to after 3pm and I had to call in the afternoon to ask when it would be done. That being said, I would still take my car here again. Thanks guys for doing such a great job! ??

I'm very happy with the job done on my truck. They were thorough and professional, cleaning up all the mud splashes from hiking and fur from transporting dogs. The products they use are not heavily scented which I prefer, will definitely bring my truck here again

DO NOT take your vehicle to this place unless you would like to pay $200+ to have it damaged and with an average clean done, and have management take zero responsibility for damaging their customer's cars. Lengthier explanation below. I brought my vehicle into the shop to have a premium detailing done. All seemed well. However upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed there was a tear in the passenger side door trim that was absolutely not there before. I returned to the shop immediately and politely brought it up with the manager, who took a picture and informed me he would call later. It was also upon leaving at this point that I realized they didn't even clean the cupholders and missed multiple spots in the center console of the vehicle. Also note the blemish that wasn't cleaned next to the rip in the picture. This pic was taken within the hour that I picked up the vehicle. The next day, I received a call from that manager saying "We can't see the particular area in our before/after pictures, but our guys said that they didn't do it. They saw the rip beforehand." So they saw the rip beforehand, and didn't think to take an image of it? Sounds like a failure of process to me. More than likely just someone trying to cover themselves from repercussions. Management's reply to this was "there's no reason for them to lie because there's no repercussions for the technicians". I've worked in shops, there absolutely are consequences. If you have a tech that repeatedly breaks things/has consistent returns, that tech gets fired. So there is absolutely reason for techs to cover it up. After a short conversation, it was put to a halt by "It's your word against ours" and that was it. Talk about shady. Their word against someone who drives the vehicle every day, and my girlfriend who was in that same passenger seat the day before, who knows it wasn't there. Shady, shady behavior, average/incomplete clean, and a damaged vehicle interior for $200+. Thanks, Auto King.
