★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was completely fine but actual truck was a different story. Rented a 10ft truck with AWFUL tires on them. Couldn't make it up on one neighborhood hill. Also parked it by our sidewalk and had to get the neighbors to help push it once we had to leave. It was unbelievable that they rent those out with such awful tires. Unsafe for Calgary winters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better-run uHaul locations I've rented from. The attendant was highly competent and processed my rental in minutes while training another employee; usually I avoid these locations where its run out of another business but this one was faster than most uHaul hubs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT rent from this place!! They made a mistake with my truck and it was not able to be picked up on the mobile at 7 am. Worker (Albert) showed up to open store at 7:30 and would NOT fix this mistake and give me my truck until he officially opened the store, as it was more important to him to open the car wash and prep the building than fix their mistake. Also refused to call a supervisor. I had to pay my 3 movers an extra hour because this location did NOT provide what was ordered. Stay far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a 26 foot Uhaul at the end of June 2021. The Truck was clean and in good condition. The Location was easy to get to, and getting in and out of the parking lot was easy to navigate even though I rented their largest truck. Staff was friendly, informative and they made sure I had everything I needed for my move prior to me leaving with the truck.
I would recommend this location for uhaul rentals.

They a good amount of supplies ( dollies, blankets, boxes, tape, mattress bags etc, all at fair prices for last minute purchase)They also have a great selection of old time candy!!!
Would recommend to friends.
