Wolfe offered the BF Goodrich Radial TA which met my needs. I had received a rebate offer for tires from my GM Visa credit card company and Wolfe staff worked with me to insure I received maximum benefit of the offer. Also one of my tires was flat and without a spare I needed them to install one of the tires on the rim so that I could replace it and drive the car to get the others replaced. They were extremely understanding and accommodating and worked with me to get the job done. Finally, even before taking into account the rebate offer, the price for the tires was very competitive even when compared with big box retailers. Needless to say once the rebate was factored in, it was an easy choice where to make my purchase. The service and accommodation I received was a very welcome bonus.

I asked Wolfe to do an inspection for my rear differential and a general multi-point inspection. My service adviser Patrick was transparent, and honest by not double billing me for the two inspections. A full inspection report was provide, which made clear what they found and why it mattered. I felt that my final bill was reasonable for the repairs I asked for, the repairs were done in a very timely manner, and their shuttle driver Randy was an absolute gentleman. I’ll be a returning customer!

We go to a local workshop they told us they don’t have our car parts and we have to refill the engine oil every 1 hour . We booked an appointment at Calgary wolf and they told us to come at 7 am next day .we got in on time everyone in this location was very friendly especially Patrick who took care of our car and they make sure everything was safe to drive for 100$ . Don who drop off and picked up from our hotel and he shows us a quick Calgary city tour on the way to the showroom as we are new to the place. All together we had a wonderful experience. On the Service side, Amy answered all my question on my new (used) 24 hour old vehicle and provided a summary of all warranty and completed recall work to date. Appreciate the respect and honesty. Almost forgot; spoke to a third gentleman who asked if I had been looked after and he provided all the details on the Service side related to warranties, loaners and shuttle service. Solid Team?
