★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my new vehicle from North Hill Mazda and it was an outstanding experience. Donna from sales was fabulous to deal with! She was knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at, set up test drives on short notice and was incredibly kind throughout the process. Cory was great and stayed late on a Friday to ensure we were all sorted with our car purchase. David, the GSM, was so helpful during the negotiations and when we saw a couple of minor scuffs in the paint of our new vehicle, he got right to work sorting it out. I would really like to acknowledge David, Ramiro, and Shin who all went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that the vehicle went off the lot in perfect condition!
Of all the dealerships I went to looking for my new vehicle, North Hill Mazda was the only one that went above and beyond! They really wanted to make the experience of buying a vehicle a positive one and you could tell they are a customer focused team! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing experience dealing with North Hill Mazda!! Went in for an oil change and ended up upgrading my previous CX-5 to a new one! David and Eric were phenomenal to deal with and provided a completely different experience then I had previously received at another dealership. The day I picked up my new car I was treated like royalty with confetti, balloons and pictures with the new car.

Mae was very professional, polite and even offered to pick me up from home to do a test drive. She is very prompt in providing updates and response to all questions I had. Unfortunately, due to the supply-chain issue outside the control of the dealership, I was not able to get the vehicle I wanted (I needed a vehicle right away) but I will certainly return to this dealership on my next lease as my experience here was supper positive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was exceptionally happy with my experience with the service department at North Hill Mazda. I decided to try the service department at North Hill Mazda, after an extremely frustrating experience with the service department at a different Mazda dealership in Calgary. Everyone I spoke with at North Hill Mazda, including a Sales Associate, the Service Manager, and the General Manager, were all very pleasant and proactive in helping find solutions for the relatively minor, but bothering, warranty items with my new car. They even took the time and effort to properly redo and repair the shoddy work previously completed at the original dealership I went to.
The night and day difference I experienced with North Hill Mazda, as compared to the original dealership I went to, is that North Hill Mazda performed above my expectations by carefully listening to my concerns, proactively looking for solutions, and genuinely aiming to provide high quality work, with a sincere interest of achieving high customer satisfaction. Great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an opportunity to leave more stars I would. North Hill Mazda is an incredible place full of amazing staff. Ramiro is one of the most down to earth sales advisors I have met. He is extremely kind and knows how to build strong rapport with his customers. This can make any car buying experience much more enjoyable. I would recommend him to anyone no matter their inquiries or questions. If you're unsure about a Mazda dealer to go to, I 110% would recommend North Hill over any of the others I have experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SIX stars out of 5!! We visited North Hill Mazda recently in our quest to purchase a new vehicle. The dealership had been recommended by a former customer who had recently purchased a vehicle and been very happy with the service.
We were extremely pleased with the personalized service, the time and especially the extra effort on our behalf from Donna, the Senior Product Advisor and David, the General Sales Manager.
I could not believe the helpful atmosphere and attitude of all staff at the dealership. Many pitched in to provide us with information, a comment or friendly hello.
Having worked with small businesses for many years, I was absolutely amazed at the focus, help and care given potential customers.
North Hill Mazda could also go into the business of teaching and training other businesses in service, sales, relationship development, follow-up and friendliness.
Whether you’re considering a Mazda or not, you should try this dealer and their vehicles! They are a first rate automobile dealer and VERY NICE people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just purchased a 2022 CX-5 from North Hill and the entire experience was phenomenal. We had the opportunity to meet and talk with many of the wonderful staff, from sales, financing, management etc. I have had several new vehicle purchases and I have honestly never been given such great service. The day we ordered the car we were given a tour of the dealership, introduced to all the staff that were there, taken and shown the service department. Even walked around outside and shown the best places to park if you need to come, or to just park in front of the main door and someone will come and park for you if the parking lot is a bit tight.
Last night we took delivery of the car and it was truly special. We were walked through all the features, got the Mazda app, Bluetooth and navigation set up. And then they topped it off with a little celebration with a confetti popper and music, and lots of pictures. Just so over and above what I’ve experienced at any other dealership in the past. I wholeheartedly recommend buying a Mazda from North Hill! Top to bottom great service and such a memorable experience!!
