★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to get a battery replacement Doug was our service rep and it was done quickly and efficiently. Battery replaced in no time and car was ready to go. Saved me from calling a tow truck to deliver it to my dealership. Great service and pricing was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used Instamek a couple of times before and had Doug as my mechanic this time! He came and replaced my battery for me and was super friendly and fast! 5 stars to Doug!! My only issue is that instameks pricing is quite a bit higher than others for the same services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed 2 engine sensors replaced on a less common vehicle. Came right to my house got a quote came back and did the work later thats day. Glen was great, upfront, informative and professional. Price was very reasonable for the quality of service and I learned a bit about my car during the service which is a really unique bonus when getting service done with InstaMec.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to have to have a sensor position relearn done, the lady tell me they don’t do any programming on vehicles. Before I could mention that I needed work done on a different vehicle I was hung up on. Overall the lady that answered the phone made me feel like a burden for needing them haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glen was the technician that came out to do repairs on my vehicle. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and 100% transparent through the whole process. I felt very comfortable having him repair my Jeep, and the fact that I own a Jeep means I will probably be using his service quite often ?.
Glen means business, he is very passionate and wanted to ensure that I got the best deal I could. It was supposed to be a quick fix but it wasn’t because it’s a Jeep - but he maintained his professionalism and positive attitude the whole time. Amazing Mechanic and a stand up guy. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glen came to perform a brake inspection. Upon his arrival he greeted me in a professional and friendly manner. He inquired about the issue, listening attentively to the what I had observed and heard as it pertains to the brakes. Glen performed the brake inspection, explaining what he was attending to through each step of the process, showing me the places of "wear and tear", and informing me of the status of each component of the brake system. He was impeccably thorough in doing his task and in providing explanations. Glen's communication skills are stellar! As well, I appreciate Glen's integrity and kindness. InstaMek is beyond blessed to Glen as an employee!
