We were introduced to a lovely woman named Carol who helped us through the process and did an absolutely amazing job. She made the process so easy and was very thorough, organized and detailed. She always kept us up to date and answered the (many, many) questions I had along the way. She even WENT TO THE AIRPORT to be there when my wife was obtaining her year long visitors record just incase the border agents had any questions. She went above and beyond what I was expecting, sent me friendly reminders if she hadn’t heard from me and helped me print documents at work when my printer wouldn’t cooperate. Her partner was also great with troubleshooting even though he wasn’t even my lawyer.
Carol is very thorough, making sure there are no mistakes in the process. And as a perk she has a great personality. She was very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend this office if you need some help with applying.
