Do not visit this clinic. They have horrible customer service. I had missed a consultation to this clinic, after missing the appointment they called me everyday afterwards for a week. When I finally picked up, I told the owner why I didn't want to come in ( which is because of the reviews I read, and was questioning if it's the right treatment for me, because of the money I will be putting forward- which is a lot ) he began to be very rude and told me you know what forget if you don't want to do it that's fine. I told him that is not the case I just want to be comfortable in understanding everything, I then asked him which herbs he uses, he told me they are Chinese! do you know Chinese!! I said no but to give me the English name and Chinese name, I will google them, and asked what if it turned out I am allergic. He then said u dont trust me leave it, I have 800 customers I dont need you ( ... well then why are you calling me everyday telling me to come in, someone with 800 customers should be very busy for a small clinic such as theirs ) he told me hes hanging up, I told him I will definitely be writing a review for their customer service if he was nice that I might have come in, of course im going to have questions! im spending $ 3000.00 !! He hung up. Called back told me he called his lawyer, and will sue me if I write a review I said okay that's fine please stop calling me. Called me back UNKNOWN and said you are a stupid women just watch! Anyways fair to say these people are sketchy, and desperate... for a reason ( their product does not work ) Please be cautious when doing business with this clinic, and do your research! dont just believe they are chinese herbs, you should know what is going into your body!! It may be harmful.

Lin Smith is absolutely correct. These people are scammers and fraudsters. The latest I have heard is that they are relocating to Toronto or Vancouver. So residents in the Toronto and Vancouver area, please watch out for these predators at large! You pay CAD 3,000 cash for his bogus treatments with empty promises to regrow hair. If their business was all that great why relocate from Calgary and Edmonton? It is because people in Calgary and Edmonton have caught up with their lies and scams. He (Paul Chuii) is having his workers call him doctor which is fraudulent. You cannot assign yourself MD without a license to practice medicine. Furthermore, these people are not providing the ingredients of the "hair vitamins". I was once in his office and a guy and his father were arguing with him about a side effect his son received from his treatment and the owner chased me for fear of me knowing more about his scam. What justify him selling his bogus treatments for CAD 3,000 cash and hair tonic for CAD 200 to CAD 350. Please share this with whoever you know as you can never tell their predicament from using the poison they are selling. He also will try to lure patients/prospects to partner with him and you have to come up with CAD 100,000 cash and he will produce bogus papers to support inflated claims that his business is so profitable and "recession-proof." If his bogus business is so good then why is he looking to relocate from oil-rich Alberta. BTW, he has changed his company's name to MD Herbals. A con always changes his colours and his name to avoid being caught. Everything this man speaks is a lie. As with any business, shop around and do not sign up immediately and be patient and observe the snake oil salesman. Eventually, his true intention will be revealed! Have a great day everyone!
