I wish I could give extra stars as they provided us with exceptional care. Bob and Jackie made buying our first home simple and stress free! Jackie was professional and personable. She was excellent at keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process, even when we were in a different time zone. Bob answered all of our questions while making us laugh at the same time! Bob made our terms easy to understand and by communicating in layman's terms (for new home buyers, this was appreciated). We learned a lot from Jackie and Bob! If Google allowed me to give 1000 stars I would. I would recommend this team to anyone buying a home in YYC and we will for sure be return customers, Thank you Jackie and Bob, we are loving our new home!

We had to get to get a mortgage for a New Build, with Stated Income... we worked with Jason (who is a pleasure to work with!) primarily and it was so smooth and well executed. He also locked us for certain rates with the delay that happened with our possession dates and was open to changing products to get us the rate we wanted! I highly recommend them. I had a couple of other experiences with different mortgage brokers and I didn't see the value but Jackie went above and beyond and I honestly don't think we could have gotten a better deal if it were not for her. She was very diligent in her work and made it extremely easy when they approached lenders for our mortgage. I have nothing but praise for Jackie and Bob! They are great people and it is so easy to talk to them. Jackie is very nice and Bob is a hoot haha. Not only that but I was a first time home buyer and they helped walk me through the things I was unfamiliar with - they also gave great advice on stuff I was familiar with. I can see why they have a perfect 5 star rating on Google - they are personable, experienced, and downright awesome! I couldn't recommend them more. 11/10 experience and I will be coming back in five years when it is time to get a new mortgage. Thanks for everything guys!! :)
