★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite places. I do hair and come here often for supplies. Best lacefronts. Owner is amazing. Love supporting businesses like this. However, I had a bad experience the other day. I came in on thanksgiving weekend with a family member who was also interested in shopping there after me raving about them. I had minimal time to get a certain wig and asked a female worker for help( Disclaimer: NOT the owner she is amazing) and she seemed very uninterested in helping me when I asked if the wig in question came in other colors she said she didn't know and when I asked if she could check she was very rude. She then found the wig in another color (which I had seen online and was already aware of price) I asked if i could look at it she said she wouldn't take it out the box which is fine however owner has always been open with me checking wigs before purchase which I appreciate. I then asked the price and she told me it would be $90.00 I was baffled I had never paid for a wig there of that price and the price on the website was almost half of that. When I told her that it sounded incorrect she told me it wasn't unaware I had checked price prior to coming in. I left and so did my family member I will not go back and make purchases unless the owner is free. I felt very disrespected as a customer and I didn't appreciate the deciet. A customer should always feel like they're getting treated fairly and being assisted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy wigs at this store.....Me and my girlfriend went to the store to get a wig. They do not allow to try it on at the store. So we went home and tried it on, she did not like it. So I went back 2 days later, to get a refund or store credit for other hair products. The woman works there.... refused straight out. How do you have a hair wigs place that you can't try the wigs out or refuse refund and exchange. Please people do not support business like this..... special during Christmas and covid19 time. 0 for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love my wig. I got it delivered and it was super fast. I had to go to work but they kept in contact the whole time so I knew what was going on .Highly recommend. Good prices. I did call tho to speak to the owners before they delivered and they weren't there but the lady that was there was a bit rude and unpleasant. Maybe just having a bad day.the owners are very nice so it makes up for that
