He was very friendly and professional while showing he was very knowledgeable about the products and plans. He was super helpful and we also ended up getting a $300 in store credit. Thanks so much Matt and wirelesswave!!! Will recommend to all!

I'll refer my entire network to Wirelesswave - Marlborough Mall. Coming from a terrible customer service experience with a FIDO rep, my encounter with Ren -@ WIRELESSWAVE Marlborough Mall Calgary couldn't today justifies why not everyone is wired to work in certain sectors.
I left the kiosk a happier customer than anticipated.
He was patient, professional, listened to my story with sincerity, and empathy, and walked me through all best options available from which I made an informed decision for a phone plan that fits my budget. I don't want to mention additional benefits which I couldn't get online via Fido...
Clearly not one of those agents rushing to make a sale, rather making sure the customer is satisfied, which leave a positive and longlasting impact on the business. I'll say we find very few customers service reps and sales associates out there these days...
Simply put, Ren is a good ambassador for the business and his employer should be proud of his work...
I'll come back to the store anyday, anytime.
