I walked in on a slow Sunday afternoon to see three guys standing behind the counter yapping and doing whatever on their phones
to the point where it was unclear which one of the three of them was supposed to help me..
The one that finally begrudgingly helped me was painfully slow and visibly displeased that his paid bro time was interrupted .. I walked out of the storeo not to mention while I was dealing with him one of the other ones asked him what kind of coffee he would like from Tim Hortons for the coffee run so.. Double-Double was the choice
I walked out of the store very dissatisfied without my problem solved
As an Albertan I will not choose Bell when this contract expires
I've never had more telemarketing calls than I've had since I've been with bell; their customer service center advised me to change my phone number!?
once again one year to the day of my contract the glass on my phone has cracked and imploded and there is no option for me other than to buy a new phone
cell phones are a scam how can people carry around a fragile piece of glass and not expect it to break
my dissatisfaction with the lowest level of customer service possible from Bell has resulted in me placing this review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Went in because my phone broke. Unfortunately the woman at the counter could not give me a great deal. However, she did mention if i called bell directly i would be offered a better deal. She saved me a ton of money on a new phone. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a few issues with security. Was helped right away by Hager. She was splendid and very knowledgeable about the product and helped me solved some complicated problems.
I would give a 5 star rating but the other employee lacked basic mannerism and training. He did not know what to do and just tried to push away by saying "can not do anything sorry". He was using cell phone infront of the customers and oblivious to cell phone issues.
Please do yourself a favor and ask for Hager if you want better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a guy named Danial who works there. Twice we have been there about our ph and when he finally pryed himself away from playing games on His phone he was useless. Tried to send us down the mall to another place. We have Bell phones. Totally disgusted. There is another guy who works there who has helped us and he was terrific.
