Hi Teck Fix - Calgary

I had tried a random phone repair shop in the NE and they weren't able to help me (nor did they seem willing). Then my Facebook friends recommended Hi Teck Fix to get my phone battery changed as my battery wasn't holding much of a charge anymore, but rest of the phone works fine. Well, Dan & Lily were a pleasure to deal with. Dan didn't have the battery type in stock, but they gladly ordered it and called me when it arrived so that I could keep my phone in the mean time. At first, after changing the battery it seems to be draining quickly again, but after a full charge overnight, the new battery is working properly. The service was friendly, efficient and they went above and beyond to get me going as fast as possible at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend going there for all your phone repairs, regardless of the type of phone you have.

I came in with a smashed damaged iPhone 8 Plus that looked like it couldn’t be saved at all. After visiting 3 other stores that told me they couldn’t save my phone, I decided to come to Hi Teck Fix and Lily told me that she would try her best to repair it. Turns out she was able to save my phone and the repair was done the same day! Talk about making your customers happy. The repair was done professional and it looks brand new. I’m so happy with their prices and service and all my other devices will be fixed by them in the future. Thank you!

Whenever I run into issues with my electronic equipment like my laptop or anything iphone related, I've always come here to get my things fixed or upgraded. The owners Dan & Lily that run this little shop have always done nothing more then show impeccable work ethic on making sure my electronics are fixed and returned within my grasp in the fastest possible time frame. For years I've always come here and I've never been disappointed. One thing I really value a lot with doing business with this place is knowing that Dan who most of the time works on my gadgets will always give me a run through and be very thorough with the type of options or alternatives I can make when dealing with an issue regarding any electronic I bring in. I've always been worried about hidden agendas that some companies may do just to get you running back to getting your stuff fixed the next month after it craps out or give you very little intel on what is wrong or how to overcome the problem for future reference to assure it doesn't happen again. When I confront Dan or Lily regarding issues and problems, they are always accommodating on letting me understand and further my knowledge on what I should be doing to assure that future problems that occur with my electronics never happen again. I've always been grateful knowing that they put a lot of effort in giving me awareness and educating me at the same time. Leaving no doubt or impressions that they would be devious or misleading to gain some sort of financial gain. Definitely recommend coming here if you want your electronics to be looked over and fixed. I've never ran into a problem where they couldn't help me out or have left me in the dark with no answers to my questions. Very solid and high quality of service always being done and is absolutely 2nd to none when it comes to repairs and informing you on assuring about the issue at hand. Worth every penny if you want everything fixed the right way with nothing but genuine passion towards satisfying their clients with their hard work. 5 out of 5 stars.

Long time running Ma'n pop kinda shop. Brought my phone in on 4 different occasions and the rates are great, not to mention fast service. Also good conversation. 10/10 definitely recommend.

This store has excellent customer service! They went above and beyond to help me fix my phone today. We have used them several times and the service is always impressive. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero star to this company I would, unfortunately they don't allow it. I took my Samsung s21 ultra in to have the lcd screen and back glass replaced, and at some point during the installation, they damaged one of the cameras on my phone. Instead of owning up to it, they lied and trying to convince me that the surface crack on my phone caused a complete rip in the phone camera ribbon. I eventually took my phone to a Samsung authorized repair shop and they replaced the camera and left me know that the Crack on the phone screen could not have caused the damage. I contacted them and told them what I was told by the Samsung authorized repair shop but they decided to stick to their story. I'm going to take them to court because dishonest people like that should be held accountable. By the way, my phone camera was working 100% fine before they touched it. I do not recommend them for phone repair. They're dishonest. They WILL end up paying more through the courts... I will not argue with you on here. You are dishonest. You can explain your position to the courts.

I have used this service twice (for two different computers). They did a thorough and professional job in fixing them both times for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
