★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to go here all the time but after some time they watered down the pho. After a 3 year hiatus I can say it has improved. This pho is definitely more aromatic but it could use more beef flavour.
Good amount of food for price and flavour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service. Not as tasty as it used to be 10+ years ago. Quality has been compromised for speed. Parking lot is IMO horrible: usually packed, the rows and the stalls are narrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a Vietnamese, I can say with no hesitation that their bun bo hue is one of the best I have ever had in a restaurant! Beware if you can't eat spicy because you do have to put all of the satey portion they give you in your bowl (in order for your noodle soup to taste what the soup is actually supposed to taste). Generous portions of meats (they even put in the pork blood jelly! and their pork legs taste fresh and not the freezer), tasty broth, al dente noodles... The real dream if you love bun bo hue! So sad I don't live in Calgary so I could come more often. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bang for you buck, easily. I've been to a lot of Vietnamese places and none of them compare to this one. They offer the biggest portions, and don't cheap out on ingredients like most places have these past few years. The price is great too, and cheaper than a lot of other places even though you get way more. The taste is amazing, which might come as a surprise seeing how small and humble the place is. They offer a very traditional experience, just like the good old days. This restaurant is tried and true, and as a connoisseur of good food I can vouch time and time again for Pho Xuan Noodle House.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always hit up this Pho place whenever we head to the northeast. Always fast service! The male server with the mustache is always very polite! Food is always good price is fair. They have done some Renovations since the pandemic to have better spacing. They no longer have the communal chopstick/spoon/sauce dish dispenser at your table. To prevent the risk of spread. It’s been really hard for local restaurants through the pandemic. We will always support this business and highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. ⭐️5/5
