Dr Q is an amazing doctor who takes the time to speak with you and find out what is wrong thoroughly sends you for the proper testing if required. He is 100% kind caring etc, his gals at the front work very hard to book appointments and they also put up with a lot when it comes to patients calling in complaining or even walk ins, they do there very best and are 100% excellent. If people are complaining on the wait times and again I agree with the review I am going to repost, its us as patients taking up the time that puts their schedule behind when we are taking up more time then allowed. Everyone their is 100% excellent. If you are finding that wait time are long perhaps try waiting at a hospital! Reposted Review from another Happy Patient 5 months ago To all you people who complain about the receptionists, I would love to see you do there job for a week they do the best that they can and deserve a bit more respect and your patients. To all Dr Q does the best that he can if you need extra time with him tell the receptionists to book you an extra slot its you people that take the extra time and put him behind making other wait longer. You don't like the wait rebook
J	Jarrett Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this place could get zero stars they would get it. The doctor is beyond unreliable and the desk girls give no cares to cancelling your apt LAST MINUTES. Im outside the clinic right now for a 1050am appointment and got a call at 1040 that they were cancelling me. For 4 months now they do not return my calls or actually help me in any way to keep up to date with health. If you value your health and being on top of issues - DO NOT come here. You will be very sorry you did if your concerns are urgent ones.
M	Mike Markle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had Dr Qureshi as my family Dr for roughly 8 years maybe more and have never been disappointed or had any issues. He always advocates for his patients and takes the time to really listen and come up with solutions. Would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
A	Anny Asif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY DO NOT TAKE PATIENTS SERIOUSLY HERE. Disgusting behaviour from receptionists they will purposely waste your time. Doesn’t deserve a single star. Unprofessional, disrespectful and unorganized place. 0 cleanliness. Receptionists decide which patient the doctors will see first regardless of whose appointment was first. My appointment was at 11 and I waited about an hour and a half before leaving the clinic without seeing a doctor because I had to wait more. The receptionist told me to come back and the doctor will be with me next. but when I came back and waited the receptionist sent the doctor to a patient that was booked after me. When I asked the receptionist why I’m not next even though she said I’m next, she smirked at me. Waste of 2 hours for me.

R	Ryan Wescomb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this clinic that says 'Family and Walk in Clinic' right on the sign above the door, for a walk in appointment with the doctor. The waiting room was completely empty and I was told by reception that they are too busy and not seeing any new patients.

Office lady Latifa thinks it’s professional to rebook out of town clients 10 minutes before their appointments. She’s useless as far as help goes. And then laughing at a frustrated patient really takes the cake. Dr Quereshi is good, if you’re able to see him. His office staff makes appointments unbearable - too bad the old lady who actually did her job well is no longer at the clinic. Latifa, find a new job - you’re clearly in the wrong one.
