Too long I put up with horrid wait times and rude receptionists out of convenience and tradition. Over a year after extreme lockdown they still refuse to act like a walk in and have doctors on site, it's telephone appointments only and even then you're lucky if they honour that appointment as I've had to reschedule 3x for one 10 minute consultation. Only good thing is it is in the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WoRSt costumer service ever, so disrespectful and very rude receptionist. They have no sympathy over patients coming over. The main reason people see their doctor sometimes need urgent care not necessarily need to go to ER. They treat you with no respect especially with Filipino girls. I brought my son coz he had accident went to see any MD available instead they just " let go away and go to ER". I know theres no problem with breathing and no infection( fever, swelling). Just want to see MD as 811 advised us to. I just hope this management read this because their MD are all awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in on January 6 cause I hurt my foot the doctor did not really look at and send me for the x-ray went for the x-ray and the x-ray place send me to the hospital with a disk went to back to the clinic and with the disk they said they don't look at the disk so I left and went to the hospital and have not heard from the doctor for almost two months not one phone call or nothing ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment with doctor paul , came in and was told he is not coming in today . No other option and the receptionist instead of talking to me decided to call other patients to let them know. I am at the counter and have been waiting but that makes no difference who came in first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in about my mental health issues and dr Paul dismissed my concerns and told me that I was 17 and to young to have problems, then he sent me for blood work. I’m beyond disappointed and I hope that no one goes to him to look for help

They call me for an appointment which I didn't make, and then I went on a walk-in, they let me go into the room after waiting for 30 mins, and then the lady receptionist came in after 10 mins wanted me to come out and wait again because they have someone who has an appointment. Like seriously, where is the ethics and professionalism in that?
