If you are an existing patient of Marlborough Mall Optometry Centre and would like to purchase more contact lenses or products, simply fill out the form and click submit to order! For products please include in the notes/comment section what product you would like to order.
Payment is required at the time of purchase, one of our staff will contact you once we receive the form and review it with you. Acceptable payments include, credit card or e-transfers to [email protected]. Your contact lenses prescription is only valid for a year, if it is expired we will notify you.
For convenience, our office now also offers curbside pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're treated unhuman. My husband and I entered a week later after having our eye examination and our children's eye examination at this location. Proceeded to wait our turn to enter as there was another customer before us. Previous customer was helped and then immediately left. We patiently waited for eye contact or acknowledgemeng of our existence which rudely went unnoticed,apparently, between the 4 staff members. I kindly said hello and was immediately asked can I help you with something. I said, yes, Can I please look for a pair of glasses.she asked if I had a previous eye examination there. I said yes, last week.she asked for my prescription before entering to look at glasses. I asked if it was possible they had it on file because duh,we were just there...lol. she made a huff, so I asked her if something was wrong as she rudely banged around her keyboard. She didn't say yes, but mentioned in a low mean voice that we cannot enter without having had a previous appointment and our prescription in hand. I turned around and walked out and will never ever go back. Life is too short to deal with rude,unkind behavior. They lost my business, as there are plenty of other, kinder optometrists to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. We had been seeing Dr Sye for years but switched to a different optometrist as we moved far away from this location. We always missed seeing Dr Sye though. Recently, my daughter broke her $700 glasses as she wears special lenses. I checked with the optical place close by and they told me that there was no way around and I had to buy the new lenses and the frame. I called one other place and they told me the same thing. Mariam here helped us with finding a frame that fit my daughters lenses and she put them in on the spot. It saved us a big out of pocket cost and the 2 week time frame that everyone else told us will take to get the new frame/ fit the new lenses in. Mariam showed her care and patience while we tried to figure out a solution together. You are amazing Mariam! Best service ever! We will be switching back to this place :)

My family and I have been customers of this centre for many years and have never once been disappointed by their services. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chen was super nice and friendly, and made sure I understood what was going on with my eyes, she always asked if I had any questions. The staff, especially at the front desk, were also really helpful, efficient, and they ensured everything was sanitized before the next patient used it.
Also a bonus that Dr. Chen and I have similar names!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Marlobourough Mall optometry centre for years and they never disappoint with their care. All doctors are incredibly helpful and fun to chat with. I recently had the pleasure to meet Dr. Mira Chen who truly made me feel comfortable, was helpful, and super friendly. Brandy has also helped me multiple times before and to say she is such a fun soul who is truly helpful is a huge understatement. Then, lastly, I recently met with a new member of the clinic, Mariam, and she helped me with choosing the right lenses, was really fun to chat with and very helpful. Thank you to all of you for always making my experience at your clinic the best it can possibly be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for years to get my eyes checked, and it is such a wonderful place! The atmosphere is lovely and so are the people! Always so friendly and ready to help with any of your eyesight needs!
I recently bought glasses again and I have nothing bad to say at all, the glasses are so cute and the frames were very affordable! The ladies even took the time to look for a specific frame style I wanted, which was amazing!
Thank you to all the workers here, I will always choose Marlborough Mall Optometry Center!!
