My eye exam in the next door clinic was similarly excellent. Felt in-control and taken-care-of in all aspects of the experience, start to finish. Awesome team at this place!!

Explained the pros and cons of every lens, even provided insight on what glasses would look good for me. Overall 10/10 def would recommend to everyone. Eye exams are superb to thanks to doctor Deka for being helpful and giving tips on how to take good care of my eyes.

I am always happy with the service that I receive. They all are are genuine and pleasant and willing to give their undivided attention when I shop there. Needless to say, I plan on shopping there exclusively!! If Samira isn’t a manager there, she should be!!

Lori was able to help us on her day off as she set up contact lens training for him and he was able to have new glasses ordered and we are so appreciative for her help. Thank you.

Ordered two pairs of Oakley's, one as sunglasses and one as regular glasses. I asked the representative when I went to purchase them that the pieces for behind the ears could be bent to conform to ensure less chance of them falling off/son pulling on them. She stated that it would be no problem. Fast forward the two weeks to yesterday/today - I called the day of my pickup to ensure both pairs glasses were there. I was told they were, so I proceeded to the mall to pick them up. I arrive to find out only the sunglasses were in. I took them and headed home.. Apparently they called and left me a voicemail - which never occurred. I phone this morning, yay my glasses were in. I go to pick them up. I sit down, she hands them to me as I try them on. I ask about the ear pieces to that she said Oakley's aren't meant to do that.. I can try and Bend the frame but it will damage them. I left, glasses on my face but a very unhappy customer.

After two weeks we got a call and went to the Marlborough branch to pick up the glass. After we got home we recognized that the glass was different than the one we ordered. We double checked with the picture, and it was a different glass. The next day we went back to the store and told them that the glass we got was not the one we ordered. And one of the employees told us that we can exchange it for another one. (She told us that the exchange is not because of their fault, and only because we just want to change it.) The free exchange is only allowed once. So if we exchanged the glass it is by our one chance of exchange, not by their fault of wrong order.
