F	Faiz Ahmad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After spending two hours at the salon, the hair dresser ruined my hair. My hair were supposed to have blue highlights. I came home with orange hair! I was told to come back the next day and was told that I would not get a refund for the huge disaster. The manager is incompetent and was not cooperative after admitting that her hair dresser messed my hair up. She was very rude and unprofessional with dealing with this matter. Would not recommend this place! Better to go to chatters or some other salon. The manager told me to go in the back so other customers would not see my hair... Save your money TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Every staff member is incredibly rude and stuck up and the only hair-stylist that I liked there is gone now, so no point in making an appointment here. The last time I was here, my stylist was barely paying attention, and when she saw one of her regulars come in, she tried to cut my hair as fast as she could. Between their attitude and poor-styling, there is nothing redeemable about this place. It's not even a, "at least it's cheap" option because you wouldn't even get a deal here. Don't waste your time or money.

I was a bit skeptical about getting my hair done due to bad experiences in the past but Karen made me really comfortable and explain what she was doing the whole appointment. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it and I seriously only trust her with my hair from now on! I would 100% recommend her and the salon !!

I felt uncomfortable the whole process and you almost burn my scalp which I almost cried. Instead of saying sorry, You said "you should have said you have sensitive scalp." Moreover, When your advising, please be mindful of your choice of word. You told me "dont do this and yada yada" Love the way my hair color turnout. For that reason, I'm out. Thanks for the six hours of colouring and I appreciate that.

I’ve received so many compliments from friends and family already. Her colouring technique and priority for preserving the health of your hair is top notch and I can’t wait to see her again in the future for a touch up :)

She is reasonably priced and so incredibly friendly and caring about her clients needs. She also constantly asks throughout the appointment for me to take a look and see what needs to be fixed or touched up, she actually appreciates when you speak up! New nail set with shellac is $45 or fill with shellac $35 Pedicure $25 but with shellac $35 She also uses all natural products for the pedicure which smells amazing and leaves you feeling refreshed! Go to this studio and ask for Christine! She is so great!
