Booked a much needed haircut today and I had my appointment with Aspyn. She was amazing and I loved the way she styled my hair! It looked so healthy and I had so much more volume. She also gave me some recommendations on how to help with the dryness of my hair. Will definitely rebook with her ☺️☺️

Wonderful service! I’ve been to this place twice and Vanny was the one who styled my hair both times. Not only does she listen to your concerns, but she will also give you some suggestions if you’re not sure how you’d like to get your hair done. She’s also very friendly. Lady rushed through my cut. $30 for a 11 minute cut, and that's with me asking her to go over a few areas again because she was missing spots, or else she would have moved me out even quicker. Surreal. Very dirty sink and counter as well. I pay $35+ at my normal barber but it's worth it. He was booked this week, so I had to get a cut elsewhere. I sincerely regret coming to chatters today. Update: I did receive a call today offering a free re-cut by a senior stylist. I declined, but the offer was appreciated.

If you are looking for someone to give you a great haircut and add some life to your hair, look no further. I have thick and frizzy hair. I went to Forum G and she did a great job with my hair. She listened to my concerns, provided me great advice on how i can take more care of my hair and gave me a great hair cut. My hair looks AMAZING, all because of her.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received here. Vanny is an AMAZING stylist! She transformed my hair into something amazing! I really appreciate that she took the time to deal with the many issues my hair was having, and she was also great to chat with. She is really a kind person! She has literally given me some confidence back that I didn’t even know I was missing. I highly recommend booking with Vanny, you will not be disappointed!

I had my hair cut and colored in December, 2021. I was going to New Year's Gala and it was looking ratty, so I went in for a trim and root coloring. I asked the stylist for a trim, asking for one inch off. She looked very doubtful and said I should get more because it looked "too thick", which should have been my first clue, but I said I just wanted a trim. What she did to my hair was appalling. I have always received compliments on how thick and beautiful my hair looked. After she was finished, I received comments such as "butchered". She cut so much hair off that it will take years to grow back. The cut itself was not good either, it is uneven. She cut at least 4 inches off, and layered it so it hangs in a very unflattering way. Three months later, I am upset when I wash my hair as there is very little left, and it looks so unhealthy. On top of that, it cost more than $300, more than I have ever had to pay at Chatters. I think she added a cost to condition it, I am not sure. I was so upset I was in tears, and every time I look at myself in the mirror I am upset. Christine is someone to avoid at all costs. I will never go back.

My mom and I went to forum for our hair cut today! She is the best hairstylist we have ever been to! It was very easy to trust her with our hair! Her work was professional and she was very easy to talk to! I recommend her to anyone who needs any hairstyling service ! The best in Calgary !

My husband and myself have been coming to Chatters for the past 2 years since moving from UK, but last night's cut really made me rethink ever going there for a cut. I asked for a wash cut and blow-dry. I paid $44. Please see the pictures for reference. My hairstylist was Nisha. If I could give no stars, I would. First of all she was very nice; however as a stylist, she was terrible. Before you take the client to the seat, please clean up the chair and floor from your previous cut. WORST it wasn't even busy when I went. She asked what I wanted done and I showed her reference picture and asked something similar and wanted volume due to suffering from 4 months postpartum hair loss. She reconfirmed with me and said she knew exactly what I wanted. She asked when I washed my hair, and I said that morning. She then said okay she will straighten my hair after the cut and it was just a dry cut. After the cut she didn't even bother to clean up, I came home with hair all over my face and neck. What I showed to, what I wanted to even what I got was nothing close. It looks as if a hungry scissors that just ate through my hair. I would like to request Chatters to train your stylist to voice to the client, when they see a reference and are unable to produce the end results; at least it gives people a chance to decide to change the stylist or the company. Please do not spoil people's hair and mood. In fact for a well known company like Chatters to employ someone who cant replicate and keep areas clean, still appals me. I was planning on brining my 2 girls to get their hairs cut today, clearly I will not be using your company; why would I risk my little girls hair and confidence? UPDATE Mo did contact me and offered to adjust the cut; however I couldn’t agree at the moment as there’s no hair to adjust. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone in the future
