★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE. Terrible customer service from the salesman this afternoon. Quick to take your money but does not honor the posted sales on items. When confronted the salesman he claimed they have lots of customers and that we dont matter, "take it or leave it kind of attitude". Very rude!! Manager is highly ignorant as well. I wonder how these stores still have customers with this poor customer service in this day and age.

I bough a dress for my baby's first birthday, and found out it had a glue mark and somehow i wasn't able to find my receipt, i went to exchange it, the salesgirls started blaming me that we used it and now want to exchange, and i had the tags still attached and i was ready to show her the birth certificate of my baby to prove that her bday is in 3 days, and we haven't used it yet. She started crying and called to security. Manager is even worst, she was hiding in the store and asked us to come to cross iron mall, and wasn't ready to talk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i just went there to exchange the dress due to size and colour issue because my niece doesn’t like it,even she was in india . The shopkeeper tell me that you used it and try to return it.He was so rude. he did not change the dress. he doesn’t make his commitment that i can return it.Visiting in this shop is not worthy. Don’t go , Too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get my daughters a junior bridesmaid dress for my nieces wedding. The lady there was extremely helpful and sweet with finding the perfect dress. My daughters felt so welcomed and left with a smile on their face! The sales lady deserves a raise, such a sweetheart <3
