β β β β β I was in the store looking for a new jacket to replace my 20 year old leather jacket. Ljuba, the store manager, helped me find a new one that fit perfectly. She spent about 45 minutes with me trying on different jackets until I found the perfect one. The jacket was on sale and she even gave me a free belt with it. Thank you!

β β β β β Got a good deal on a leather vest. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Probably my 1st choice for cheap, good quality motorcycle leather. Stitching is good too. I'm impressed. Probably my favorite leather store really.... however I do wish it was a larger store. I'm a little chubby and its hard to find my size, but this store usually has something my size.

β β β β β Very bad customer service. I was looking for a new jacket. Sizing is not correct ! There's no difference between 2XL and 3XL. Sleeves are so short. I've been told by sales person "it is what it is" . Well , maybe you should review quality of your product !!! After complaining because of sizing I've been told I should be more positive ... What ??? When I pointed some stains on jacket , response was "it is animal fat" ! I don't care what is it. It is a stain and I am not paying for that . Older sales lady told me "have a nice day" basically, she didn't care. If your store doesn't care about customer who complains about bad sizing and quality in this bad economy .... well , maybe you shouldn't be open . You just lost a customer .

I'm on Vancouver Island and it was Google Ads that triggered when I was typing "leather coats for men", glad your running AdWords otherwise I might not have found this nice coat.
