The rainbow of colours represents a promise of tranquility and peace for every soul on our planet.

Inspired & painted during the covid-19 lockdown, Krista can only dream of travel, visiting the mountains and the clouds of Rockies.

The strong powerful colours reaching for the sky represents the dominance of the rockies and Krista’s longing for a return.

Great customer service and a sale on shoes/sandals. I am so happy that they have shoes/sandals that have a toe box for my toes to spread out naturally and I can wear my orthotics in those shoes/sandals. They carry Soft Moc, Keen, Adidas, Burkestocks brands.

I was looking for a specific shoe and Randy was incredibly helpful even though they didn't have what I was looking for. Saved me a bunch of time which I didn't have to drive around town! Thanks so much

Went into softmoc today to pick up a pair of Vans. I was welcomed by one employee an older lady in her 40’s and then she went straight to the back to working at the till. I heard her make a remark to her fellow staff member about how she doesn’t like to help β€œthose types of people because they smell” I am of Latin race and have a darker complexion. I felt disgusted by this remark especially in this day and age. Thankfully I had the manager Alyssa come and help me out and she made the experience much better for me. She was welcome and heartwarming when I told her about the remark the other lady made she apologized. The only reason I would ever step back into that store is when the store manager is there.

Complete Incompetence at this store! Couldn't scan a barcode so gave up a $400+ sale. Told me they couldn't sell me the sandals because the barcode wouldn't scan.

I am so happy with the customer service Christian provided me today. He went above and beyond just to help me exchange the size I recently bought. He was very helpful and remained professional. What an awesome customer service. Thank you so much for the help, keep it up ?

I had a defect with my 3 week old Dr Martens sandals and the staff at Sunridge SoftMoc (and the Soft Moc customer service line) were so helpful and friendly. It took less than ten minutes and I walked out with my replacement pair. Happy to be a return customer.

Thank you for the great service today. I have been trying to find good runners which is difficult because I have arthritis in my knee. The young man that helped me was so patient! Sorry I don't have his name but he was working at this location in the morning. Thanks!!

My husband bought me a pair of moccasins for Christmas after I had asked for a pair of slippers. I decided to return the moccasins as they were not what I wanted. My husband provided me with his original receipt showing he paid cash. On January 2, 2022 I went to the store to return the shoes. I looked around, saw nothing I wanted and proceeded to the checkout. The clerk said the shoes were paid by cash and I said a cash refund would be fine. She said they could only refund with a gift card for the store. I said I did not want anything from the store and I would appreciate cash back. She said they had no cash in the till ($67). I could come back another time or take the gift card. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she would phone the manager, who was not working at the time. Please keep in mind that at no time did I raise my voice or nor was I threatening in any way. After she spoke to the manager on the phone in the back room she brought the phone to me. I explained the situation and she said the same thing as the clerk. She said this was all they could do because I had a gift receipt (the receipt WAS NOT a gift receipt-it was a regular receipt). She then said I could take the gift card or they would call security to usher me out. WHAT?!?!! I have never been so insulted in my life. The manager (who apparently takes her minimum wage job a little too seriously) hung up the phone. I passed the phone back to the clerk and all of the staff scattered. I had to physically go across the counter to retrieve my bag with the shoes. I left the store promising myself never to return and making it a vow to let EVERYONE I come in contact with to steer clear of this place and their ridiculous return policy. This is just the beginning of my anti Softmoc crusade. Social media goes a long way these days.
