★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have an awesome experience at this location. The music is upbeat and always has me dancing and singing while i shop. I'm almost always greeted whenever I come into the store, and the girls are always willing to help and seem to know when i'm in need of a hand. I love everything sirens has to offer, it definitely makes shopping more fun.

Problem: They always stock mostly small sizes to Fit Petite, Skinny girls !
Would be nice if they would stock more XL XXL clothes !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coworker and I stopped by to check out if there was anything new. Store has a sign saying 9 person capacity, door greeter was speaking with another customer that was before us at the door. We sanitize our hands and were about to walk further in, after scanning to make sure they weren't at capacity.
The greeter came over with an attitude and said they were full and we had to go back to the front and wait - which we complied with -, saying she already told us that we had to wait. She never asked us to wait until just then, she only spoke to the one customer in front of us. And we counted to make sure it was safe to go in. There was about 7 in the store at most, and that count included the staff.
Staff at this location are usually very friendly and nice, I'd never seen that employee before today. I bought a few items and we left, cashier was nice.
I get retail is hard during the christmas season, especially in sunridge mall and with covid restrictions, but if you're going to be the door greeter, drop the attitude. It could lose the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Sirens at sunridge mall has the worst manager ever. She is very rude and disrespectful very rude way of speaking to customers. Can't believe she started yelling at us and telling us leave, go, go, goooo right now just because we were checking out the shoes on sale.

When I confronted her she was argumentative and rude and never apologized! There is no excuse for lack of common curtesy!!! Horrible young girl, and I would like to add I usually have great service☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both female employees that were working at the time of my visit were just focusing on stocking the shelves or moving boxes of items etc. No "hello" or any greeting but they clearly saw me and made eye contact. One large area in the back of the store is super messy and just stashes of boxes that are blocking the shelves so it's difficult to browse those items. Most of the styles of clothes now are either very ripped, or very floral. The shoes lack variety and look really cheap.
