s	simple shopper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...horrible, just horrible survice! will never come back to this location! ever! I have spent almost an hour in the store, just making a simple return! I left feeling humiliated and sad. The ladies were unbelievably rude, no smiling or greetings, talking different as English language all the time, and pointing fingers at me. I love shopping at Carter's and have to raise a concern regarding the customer service at the NE Calgary retail store. This is not my first time dealing with a disappointing service, and today was the last drop of it for me to write a complain. One of the items had literally 2 hair dropped from my natural-fur mittens. They got there as I pulled out the black pants out of the bag - so the item was not accepted. I asked to borrow the roller - "nope, we do not have it in store". Seriously?... One of the items got a further discount, the purchase was made less then within 2 weeks. Can I get a price match, please? -"nope". Why so? - silence... Then, it got even better. The rest of my items were refunded and I was loudly asked to leave the store, and let other customers be served (despite the fact that there were 2 of them, and only one helped me). I looked at the receipt and found a mistake. The cashier put an extra 8$ there for a refund. I pointed it out, ladies spoke the language i could not understand again, rolled their eyes, no apology, almost yelled at me that they have to charge me back otherwise they will call the police. ...such a "nice" place...

I bought lot of stuff and feel so happy with their customer service, sales associates around customers all the time to assist them, they are friendly, well knowledgable and professionals. Free parking, free handicap parking, handicap access no Public washroom, keep an eye on flyers.
